The house is adorned with beautiful, large wood beams, and live edge wood trim. The entire home is heated with radiant in floor heating.
Top level
Room 1 - King log Bed with private deck/mtn views and attached bath (with steam shower).
Room 2 - Bunk Bed, twin over full.
Room 3 - Across the hall is a bedroom with a king log bed and views.
Rooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom. Off the backside of the top floor is access to the private hot tub.
Main floor
The living area has a wrap around couch and recliner for relaxing in front of the gas fire place and large flat screen TV.
The fully stocked kitchen, dining table, and powder room are also on the main level.
Gaze at the local wildlife (usually see deer and fox) or the beautiful CO sunsets through the large windows, or spend the evening on the front deck with a glass of wine or Colorado brew.
Room 4 - Large bedroom with two queen beds and a mobile twin trundle bed. This room has an attached full bathroom with jet tub and its own access to the front deck.
Bottom floor
Game Room with a Tornado foosball table , sofa sleeper, 3/4 bathroom, and laundry room. This is a walkout basement and you can step out and sit on the porch swing under the deck and watch the sunset.

-Trailers, campers, RV’s, boats cannot be parked on the property for more than 24 hours. All vehicles must be
parked in driveway overnight
-ATV’s, dirt bikes, snow mobiles and any other off road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community
roads or properties
-No loud outdoor noise between 10 pm to 8 am daily
-Outdoor lights should be turned off by 10 pm
-Guests must adhere to all county fire bans. Fireworks are NEVER permitted
