In a nice neighborhood, very comfortable bright master bedroom on the top floor in this house, have your own bathroom, when there's a third guest or fourth guest then we can set up a XL twin beds.There is also a closet. Share Kitchen, living room, dining room backyard and laundry area is a shared area, Portable air conditioning. Laundry area in basement. We will provide Cooking utensils and cutlery. We could set another single bed for fouth guest as picture shows

Our room was bright and clean. Our host was extremely helpful and friendly. The yard could use some TLC. We shared a well equipped kitchen with other guests.

Thanks Alex! friendly and great communication. Loved the space. Easy parking and getting around. Please note there are other people (guests) staying in the home so you don't have the entire top floor, but the room is very private :)

Big bedroom & bath.Lots of closet space to unpack into rather than living out of a suitcase.Very clean.Met host and he showed us the other available areas(kitchen,living room,etc).Home was quiet.Could not have asked for a more comfortable stay. Thank You Alex.

Large room and clean. Spare futon bed was really comfy with a foam topper. Queen bed was a bit soft but nice sheets and an extra blanket if needed. Towels were large and fluffy. Neighborhood is residential & seemed safe and quiet. Easy check in and lots of street parking. Great value and will stay again!

We enjoyed the tub and quietness of the house and neighborhood. Everything was delightful. If I had to give a suggestion on how to better improve I'd say outdoor light to see key pad at night and maybe parking infront of home but if thats all i got, highly recommend.

Restful / Relaxing Stay

The VRBO provided a great base for our schedule with ease of access to amenities and great for getting to and from the variety of appointments that we had around the city. Quiet, clean and restful.

I had a wonderful stay. Alex and Amy were very helpful and welcoming. While I didn't really use the kitchen for cooking I had access to bowls and plates for breakfast and lunches. The room was clean and larger than I expected. The bed was very comfortable. We did have a couple of glitches with the front door and the electric lock but it was resolved quickly. There was a Keurig coffee machine in my room but it wasn't working properly but I was still able to go down to the kitchen and use the one down there.

The host was great with communication in advance and during my stay. He accommodated me leaving my luggage at the house while I went out for the day before my late night flight. (Thanks again, Alex!)The room is spacious, the bathroom is nice (don't skip that tub!), the mattress/sheets/pillow were very comfortable. The location is great! Quick ride on buses or the train to anything you'd want to get to, and the neighborhood itself is a bustling community with markets, cafes, restaurants, and cute shops (I loved the Japanese stationary place). It feels like a very safe neighborhood with established homes and a school across the street. I've stayed in a other places like this (NYC and London) and it's no secret in the host's description, but you should know that it's a room in a home and I believe that all of the other rooms are rented by long term tenants. You aren't with fellow vacationers or really in a family's home. I met one tenant in the kitchen and he was happy living there so I'm happy to help contribute to their living situation being sustainable. It's an expensive town! The common rooms are a little cluttered, so is the yard, but it's also filled with family photos and happy house plants. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again!
