This gorgeous 2Bed/2bath bungalow has the perfect location in sought after Barefoot Village right behind Barefoot Landing. The home is walking distance to small communal pool and also walking distance to largest salt water pool and marina. There is a Bar/grill and convenient store also in walking distance. Conveniently located behind Barefoot Landing and championship golf courses, Dye/Fazio/Norman/Love. The beach is a 5 minute drive or there is a shuttle service. Extras include: complimentary wifi, washer/dryer, children’s books and games, sound machine and universal charger. There is one motion outdoor camera on the porch for security.
We provide starter toiletries, toilet paper and a welcome basket- 2 beach chairs included as well.
Perfect location for families and golfers alike!

A quick getaway

The property is beautiful. Exactly like the listing pictures. Very comfortable beds and sofa. It felt just like home. We enjoyed our stay and close to everything. We would stay again when we are in the area.

Golf Trip, Two couples.

The house, Location all great. We have done this trip a few times and have stayed in the Barefoot Resort. Only complaint it was unseasonably warm for the four days we were there. We could not set the AC low enough to get the house comfortable. Especially sleeping. Other than that place was great, Owner was great.

Perfection

The house is bright and clean with tasteful decor. You can see that in the photos! What you can't know is that the bed was comfy and sometimes they aren't! It was a short walk to a quiet neighborhood pool. We could easily see the fireworks at Barefoot Landing from various spots in the neighborhood. We plan to stay here again.

Clean and accessible home base during beach trip

Thanks to Megan for her friendly hospitality and wonderful property. The beds were comfortable and clean, the bathrooms were full of fresh towels and toiletries, and my kids loved the roomy and spacious couch in the family room to watch a movie or work during our stay. The kitchen we clean and had plenty of dishes ms cooking tools for us to eat in one night, with soaps and coffee laid out for our use. I know her name is Megan because she reached out to me before check-in, to make sure I saw the details in the app and that she would text if it was ready ahead of time. A great attribute in a Host.

Home away from home!

We LOVED our stay here! Everything was as expected from the listing, and even better in real life! The beautiful floors, updated appliances, and comfortable beds made our stay feel so cozy! Laundry was a must for me so that was awesome to have. There were extras like a desk area, coffee area, blankets, and TV's in every room. The showers worked great, and we loved having double sinks in the bathroom too. The market shop was in the development, which was super convenient after we checked in. The small pool by the house was in close walking distance and our kids loved it! We stayed 5 nights and leaving was bittersweet since we enjoyed staying in this house so much. The section of the resort is very new, and walkable to the marina and larger pool too. The Barefoot resort was also 5 minutes from the Barefoot Landing shops and restaurants, and 20 minutes from the Broadway at the Beach. Also great was the close access to North Myrtle Beach too! Total win for the whole fam!

Hello and welcome to our 2nd home in the greatest place on earth, Myrtle Beach. We have been vacationing at Myrtle Beach for over 30 years with four generations. We have stayed all over the grand strand and finally settled in the perfect location, Barefoot Retreat.

As a renter for 30 years between the generations, we know what renters are looking for. Location and a comfortable home. This is truly the perfect location for families. You can see the small pool from the house which makes running back to the house for kids toys and snacks easy. It’s also the perfect location for golfers as it sits down the street from 4 golf courses. Shopping and wine lovers will enjoy Barefoot Landing which is right over the swing bridge.
