Important Rules & Info:

>A $518 MXN pesos per night (not per person) resort fee will be charged at the security front desk upon arrival. This resort fee is additional and independent of Maxwell Residences.

>All renters and guests must present identification upon arrival and wear an Indah wristband for access.

>This unit has a maximum occupancy of 6, with additional fees applied after 4 guests.

>Pets are not allowed.

>Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or portable speakers to the pool areas is prohibited.

>Visitors are not permitted in common areas. Only registered guests can make use of the amenities.

>A MXN $5,000 security deposit on your credit card will be requested when you check in and will be released after the team inspects the property at your departure

>Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the building or units

>Quiet hours after 11pm. No noise on the balcony at any time. Violations of rules will lead to removal from the property.



Guest Access:

This property is located at the Indah by Sayan Condo in the Conchas Chinas neighbourhood.



Directions:

-Head south on Highway 200

-Turn right on Calle Santa Barbara

-Then take an immediate short left turn down the hill. To your right you will approach the Indah building entrance.

How to get to the beach:

Take the street outside Indah, follow it down for about 200 mts, and turn right. This is a Public Beach.

We are really fortunate to have the beach almost right in front. From Indah tower is 1 block.



IMPORTANT House Rules:

- speakers are not allowed at the pool

- strict quiet hours after 11pm

- no music on the balcony any time

- no smoking in building including balconies

- no parties
