Heated Pool - Spacious, Cheerful Home 5br/3bath

Enjoy your time in this beautiful, spacious home. As you enter, you will be greeted by a hand-painted mural in a large living area with high ceilings. The center of action is the bright kitchen/common area with great views of the pool and backyard through the large gliding doors. Want to sleep in a king bed a couple of feet from the pool in the master bedroom? Surely there will be competition if there is more than two of you. But don't worry, there is a second master bedroom with a large gliding door overlooking the backyard. There are three more smaller bedrooms, one with a bunkbed, one with a queen, and one with two twin beds.

The house has two large living/common areas, one combined with the kitchen. There are two master bedrooms, one a few feet from the pool, the other overlooking the backyard. The remaining three smaller bedrooms have a bunk-bed, a queen bed and two twin beds. There are also two desk for a quiet working area. There is also a sofa-bed in the living room for two people to sleep on.

Outdoors, you'll find a freshly remodeled, sparkling bright, heated pool. But that's not all, eat your meal under the patio in the outdoor dining area, play on the lawn or relax under the pergola.

Parking is available in the two-car carage and/or in the driveway.




HOUSE RULES

- No smoking allowed (including e-cigarettes)

- No pets allowed

- No events, parties or large gatherings

- Swim at your own risk

- Quiet hours: 10pm-8am. Please keep the noise to a minimum during these hours.

- Security camera: An exterior camera is installed near the front door, monitoring only the outside (street side) of the house

- Be careful when parking two cars in the garage. It's a tight fit for two cars.

- Must be at least 25 years old to book
