Spacious 4 bedroom house - close to the beach and boardwalk

Spacious 4-bedroom, 2nd floor condo, situated on a quiet residential street in the Gold Coast section of Ocean City, our home is 2 blocks to the beach & boardwalk. Open, airy spaces greet you as you open the door to a large family room with Smart TV, fully stocked kitchen and family dining space that accommodates 10+ people. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. There is another bedroom with a queen bed, 1 with two twin over twin bunkbeds that will sleep 4 and the final bedroom has 2 twins. There are Smart TVs in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Free WiFi available. Great closet space, outside storage, plus 3 parking spots in the driveway. The condo includes all new kitchen appliances, new vinyl wood plank flooring, new carpeting, and an awnings on the deck for summer dinners on the deck.

Beautiful, Clean Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this immaculate home. The beds were comfortable, the updated tv’s made it easy for kids to connect devices and stream shows and an added plus, bicycles and chairs were included! Minutes from the beach & boardwalk in a peaceful neighborhood. Communication with the owner was excellent. I would highly recommend this rental.

Comfortable, quiet stay in lovely house!

My family - partner and 3 young children - had a lovely time in this unit for a few days in the early off-season. The house is as pictured - comfortable, clean, with lots of natural light and a spacious front deck. The kitchen is well stocked and the owner is friendly and communicative. Great week!

Great Location - Great Property

Exactly as portrayed in photos - the location was wonderful. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk, 2 blocks from Uncle Bill's and Nauti Donuts for breakfast. Super easy check-in and house was so clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Winter stay

We had a wonderful time in OCNJ at this property. The house was beautiful and communication with the owner was great. We just wish that we were able to use the fireplace but the owner did not know how to turn it on yet. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful rental.

Everything was as advertised. New renovation very nicely appointed. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. We were very happy with our stay and I would recommend to anyone. For anyone coming from out of state
 Linens and towels are not included so you’ll need to get bedding. This seems to be typical in Ocean City rentals but nowhere else I have ever stayed. They did have pillows and blankets for each bed. Just bring sheets and towels and you’re all good.

Great Location

We had a great stay, with short walks to our favorite spots (uncle bills, ocean city coffee). The host was great and responded quickly to questions, we will definitely stay again!
