Bryan provided clear communications well before our arrival. The condo was complete as shown in the photos and worked very well for us to host family dinners. The location is convenient in the off-season with shopping within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay.

Exactly as advertised. Location was terrific, within walking distance of everything. Condo was clean and comfortable. A/C units mounted outside of bedroom windows was noisy but not overwhelming. Elevator was a plus with a handicapped family member, and for getting things moved in and out. Would definitely return .

The apartment was just as described. Comfortable, enough space for everyone and the dog. Washer and dryer on site was a big help. Wish I didn't have to bring my own sheets and towels, but otherwise loved it.

Unfortunately I am not able to give the house 5 stars. When we got there, I pretty much had to clean the place before we did anything else, not something you want to do after traveling all day and then arrive at your vacation spot. Hoping maybe the cleaning staff had an off day and it is better for the next guests. Could use some more silverware like, forks, spoons, knives. The master bedroom with the king size bed was very comfortable! The master bathroom needs some updating, especially the shower. It was wonderful not having to bring our beach chairs or cart as they had some there. Appreciated that and the beach tags! Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the house.

This is our 4th time renting here. It is in a great location that makes it easy to walk to anywhere you want to be. We greatly appreciate the elevator for our daughter in a wheelchair and the pets allowed policy so we can bring our senior dog on vacation with us.

We had a great stay here for our family vacation. The condo was clean and spacious. The location was great and we easily walked the few blocks to the boardwalk and beach several times a day. There are also several restaurants and a playground within walking distance. The home was well-stocked with indoor and outdoor essentials. We enjoyed the spacious deck right off the living room. I would recommend this rental for a family and we would stay here again!

Good location and helpful communication

We chose this listing because it was pet friendly and had enough room for our family of adult children. We were not here for the beach, specifically, but we stayed in OC last year when we rode the ACS bike to the beach ride and we like the location for walking and biking. We had some trouble with the drain in the tub and some burned out light bulbs but otherwise everything else seemed to work fine. it was what we would expect from a rental.It was helpful that it had a garage for the bikes and gear. It also had a nice porch.

Perfect for 6

We rented with our 6 family members.The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were big and each had a window which is always nice. Plenty of hooks too !The kitchen had a good amount of space and plenty of the essentials. We also always appreciate when people leave things behind, such as sandwich bags, plastic wrap, and salt and pepper-, just incase you forget at home. There was dishwasher soap and dish soap and garbage bags- again appreciated.The kitchen table for 6 adults was tight but worked for our long weekend. The couch, love seat and chair were comfortable and we all had a place to sit. The deck was huge and the furniture was very comfortable and enough seating for 6.The adult kids could easily walk to boardwalk, or to Starbucks. Wawa was walking distance too. Our only complaint and I’m shocked it hasn’t been mentioned before is the lumber company/ yard right across the street. It is the biggest eye sore. It is huge and it is view while your drinking a glass of wine or your cup of coffee. Besides the lumber yard- this house is truly a great find.

The location of this house is excellent. Right in the heart of everything! Owner was extremely responsive, house was exactly as advertised. Overall absolutely pleased with everything and would stay with Bryan again.

Lovely property with room to spread out

I stayed here with my husband and three kids (teens/young adults), there was enough room that we were able to have our pwn spaces. The kitchen is well equipped and the porch is large and lovely. The AC works great and the property is in good condition. The owner is super quick to respond. Can’t wait to return!

Very nice house, great location

The family really enjoyed our vacation at this house. It was a great location, less than ten min walk to the beach and all the attractions. Lots of restaurants and shops within a few mins walk. We loved the fact we could bring our dog on vacation with us.
