Great Independence Day Week

We've been coming to Ocean City for many years, and this house is probably the best one. About one block from the beach and easy access to the boardwalk. Also walking distance from the downtown shopping strip. Home was as advertised, and my inlaws and our adult children had a peaceful, relaxing week.

Karen was a great host. She replied quickly to my questions and at the end of our stay wanted to know if there was anything that could be improved. House is very nice, more Mediterranean than sea shoreish. It was clean and everything worked. Nice covered porch and parking for 3 cars. Location was very convenient. Easy walk to beach and boards. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful well maintained property just a short walk to the beach. Beds very comfortable and lots of room for 12 in the living and dining areas. Quiet street with beach chairs and parking for 3 cars. Gas grill does not heat well, but kitchen is well supplied.

This location is perfect for easy access to beach and center of town and is a residential area. The home is well stocked in kitchen for just about any kind of cooking you want to do. It's clean and fireplace is cozy for cool evenings. The layout of house is great for large family or combos of friends. A few aspects of house are a little shop worn, like some furniture and some of the lighting doesnt work, but all in all the home remains functional and very enjoyable. The lanai is lovely and it's handy to have the garage and another parking space in back. The hosts are very responsive to any questions and urgent repairs (eg toilet running nonstop). Have rented here many times and will do so again. We love it!

Second time staying here. It is a great place for a family vacation. The owner is great. The place is well kept, clean and has everything you need. Very close to the Boardwalk, beach and the downtown. Will hopefully stay there again and highly recommend.

This home was a perfect 10/10. The home had ample parking in the back and inside all the furniture was comfortable. Very large deck outside promoting comfortable family interaction. Everything was on one floor but the hallway was staggered so when you were in the bedroom you can not hear people in the living room. The master bedroom is like a palace and all the other bedrooms were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well all week. There were people above us but we couldn’t hear them at all. The location is perfect in the heart of Ocean City. We are looking forward to renting again next year!

Great Family Vacation Home

This 1 floor home was perfect for our 3 generation family vacation. Great location close to the Boardwalk and Beach. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. Great family stay

Rental was really nice for entire family. Loved size of covered outdoor deck to fit the whole family. Walking distance to beach and boardwalk was a plus-made it easy for family members to come and go as we wanted. Owner was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to any questions we had-very helpful and nice.

Great location and lots of room!

Our family reunion was so nice staying at this house! Lots of room, great location to the beach and boardwalk, pleasant surroundings and a safe neighborhood. We had a few items that needed attention and the property manager took care of it immediately. Wonderful week!
