Property is close to town, easy to walk to. Lots of room in the house and having the garage for out bikes was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing House!

What a great house! It has everything you need for your stay. Quiet street and walking distance to downtown and close to everything. My husband kept saying “this is the best house we have ever stayed in!” Easy process from start to end. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location for mountain biking

We really enjoyed our weekend trip to Bentonville. It was nice having 3 toilets available, we never had anyone waiting for the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The host was communicative and flexible. We were able to pay for late checkout which allowed us to ride on our final day but still make it back to the house and shower before we had to go to the airport.

You will love staying at The Magnolia House with all it has to offer! The home is located within minutes of the Bentonville Square, The Momentary, Crystal Bridges, as well as over 250 mountain bike trails, and the Razorback Greenway!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Once you arrive, you’ll be met with a cozy inviting front porch with a small bistro table which makes a great spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee before you start your day. Upon entering through the front door, you will be greeted with a spacious living area complete with a comfortable sitting area, dining room table and game area.

Pass through this area to the den where you will find a cozy lounge area complete with an oversized chair and sofa perfect for watching your favorite shows on the smart TV!

Connected to the den and living area is where you will find the inviting kitchen with an abundance of natural light, tons of built-in storage and state-of-the-art amenities. There is a bar complete with swivel stool seating for 4. You will find everything you need to cook your best meals, bake your favorite goodies, or brew a cup of coffee with our Keurig or coffee maker.

The backyard is perfect for evening cookouts or relaxing with friends and/or family. If you have kids in tow, they will enjoy playing in the playhouse located on the patio.

When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three bedrooms. (1) Our master is complete with a a King-size bed, closet, a Smart TV, and en suite bathroom that includes a sink vanity and massive walk-in shower with breathtaking floor to ceiling tile. (2) Our second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, end tables with reading lights and a closet for storage. (3) Our third bedroom has two twin beds, reading lights on each bed and a closet for storage.

If you are traveling with children, the The Magnolia House is equipped with a high chair, Pack-n-play and kids' dinnerware. We also have a red wagon perfect for taking the little ones for a walk around the block or exploring the downtown area.
