Beautiful, SEC themed, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome overlooking the Auburn University Delta Flight School, 2 miles from Auburn University.

Avoid parking hassles on game day and take the Tiger Transit! On football game days Tiger Transit picks up at Duck Samford Park located directly behind the complex!! Enjoy this luxurious townhome perfect for game day, parent’s weekend, graduation, weddings or for the executive doing business in the Auburn/Opelika area. This unit is tastefully decorated with brand new custom furniture and luxury bedding with TVs in every room! Extras includes a fully stocked kitchen, outside grill, full size stackable washer/dryer and charging ports in every side table, even in the reclining couch! The upstairs boasts a King bedroom and a Queen bedroom, a full bath and a loft area equipped with a queen sleeper sofa, 65in TV as well as a work station with charging ports and extra outlets, perfect for watching your favorite game or show or for catching up on business or studies!
All TVs are equipped with YouTubeTV and are ready for your own accounts to your favorite entertainment provider.
There is maximum 4 car parking at no extra charge including access to a one car garage.

Home away from home!

Your home was perfect to host family at our son’s graduation. I would highly recommend anyone wanting a “home feel” to host a family graduation event, this is your go to place! We all felt right at home.

Parent's weekend

Great location close to campus, but away from the crowds. Beautiful, comfortable 3 bedroom townhome nicely appointed! Plenty of space for our entire extended family with a downstairs master that was perfect for Grandma & Grandpa.

Perfect!

We stayed while moving our son in at Auburn. The property was beautiful, spacious and so clean! 5 minute drive to his place and campus, and 5-10 minutes to the stores we needed to run back and forth to to get him settled. We would absolutely stay there again!

Fabulous

The accommodations are fantastic!! Everything is brand new and very nice. Plenty of room to gather together and very comfortable rooms and beds. We celebrated our son’s graduation and were able to cook out and really enjoy ourselves. Very easy to get in contact with the host who was extremely helpful. It’s also in close driving proximity to the center of Auburn University. Highly recommend.

Graduation

Close enough to campus but far enough to be away from the crowds. Plenty of space ( much bigger place in person),clean, relaxing, comfortable beds, across the street from Auburn flight school. Would stay there again. Only request.. blinds on the front and back door would have been nice for more privacy.

Would stay here again!

This property was excellent for our family to stay at for my son’s graduation. It allowed us a space for all of the family to hang out and celebrate. I would highly recommend. All accommodations are exactly as they look online. Everything was very clean, I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect weekend home

This house was perfect in every way. New construction, super clean, quiet and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few meals. And the homeowner was very responsive to any questions. We will be back for sure!
