Enjoy our modern 750sf, one-story apartment within minutes of the city's most popular bars, restaurants, and Austin Peay State University. We have space to accommodate up to 2 cars in the main parking lot, leading directly into the main entryway. Our private, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom space comes equipped with a full kitchen to make home-cooked meals for friends and loved ones. Stream your favorite shows or movies on our large screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom. Take in some fresh air and enjoy the shaded outdoor ambiance of our covered porch which overlooks a cute custom-built courtyard. Stay organized and avoid the cost of a laundromat by using our in-unit washer/dryer.

Guest Access:
Our home comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. You will receive your custom door code within 48 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies.
