Situé sur la cÎte nord-est immaculée à Cooten Bay Cette maison d'une chambre offre une vue panoramique imprenable sur les ßles et les plages sur ce cÎté, encore largement sous-développé, de Tortola. Le style de Cooten House est un style caribéen moderne avec une collection de bon goût de meubles hors du commun et de piÚces art déco donnant une touche légÚrement «rétro» à cet endroit paisible et magnifique.

La grande cuisine / salon aĂ©rĂ© est bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec des appareils modernes en acier inoxydable haut de gamme, des armoires personnalisĂ©es et des comptoirs en bois dur ainsi que d'Ă©normes lampes industrielles vintage, une table en bois flottĂ©, des placards anciens et un coin salon confortable et Ă©lĂ©gant. Avec un systĂšme audio Bose de haute qualitĂ© et une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision LCD connectĂ©e au cĂąble et Ă  d'autres Ă©quipements A / V, la maison a Ă©tĂ© soigneusement conçue et Ă©quipĂ©e pour ĂȘtre une maison relaxante et confortable.

Dans la chambre est un lit queen sur mesure et la salle de bain dispose d'un bel évier en marbre ancien d'une maison de bain turc. L'extérieur est un grand balcon couvert, une pergola et une terrasse ensoleillée avec un bain à remous de 156 jets avec des cascades et un éclairage LED. La maison se trouve sur un terrain privé de 1/2 acre.

Cooten House surplombe la baie de Cootens, un spot de surf rĂ©putĂ© pendant les mois d'hiver. À proximitĂ© se trouvent deux belles plages de sable dorĂ© isolĂ©es, la baie de Rogues et la baie de Trunk.

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Cooten House for our 10yr anniversary, and it was our favorite trip we have had together. The house has stunning views, especially for sunrise and moonrise! We were lucky to catch an almost full moon! The hot tub was relaxing after a long day adventuring! Jeremy was so friendly and attentive! He gave us amazing recommendations too. The house has many fun details and had everything we needed. The mosquitos were a nuisance while we were on the Island, and the house even had bug spray for our use! AC in the bedroom was refreshing and the view from bed makes it almost hard to get moving. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us!

The view was beautiful from the deck and hot tub. We slept comfortably in the air conditioned bedroom. Had some grill and stove issues with having no gas but was able to talk with property manager and got that resolved.

The house and views were absolutely incredible. On top of that Jeremy was an excellent host and was always available to answer any questions we had as it was our first time on the island. We were very glad the AC worked so well in the bedroom as we traveled in August so it was very hot out!

If I could bottle that breeze!

Amazing view and amazing breeze! And oh by the way, down the hill from the property is the best beach of all time! Sand on that beach is like walking on a cloud. Shared the beach with one other couple only half of the time we were on it. Clear water, decent size waves (end of May) vs other beaches with zero waves. But we ate dinner on the deck every night thanks to that breeze and view. Other parts of the island have stagnant air resulting in too much eat and mosquito problems. Not Cooten House!

Beautiful house

We loved staying here. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean and so nicely decorated and landscaped. Such a great breeze on the deck and the view is spectacular. Jeremy was very helpful with recommendations of places to see. We would love to stay here again.

10 year anniversary

The view was amazing, the hot tub was a nice feature, but overall the house could use some major updating. The couch was very old and gross looking, there was a chair in the living room that was falling apart and the outdoor daybed and couch cushions were moldy and gross. Pretty sure there were lizards living in the house behind the pictures, as there was poop on the walls, and we killed several bugs as well. I get the whole open air feel, but when there are birds flying into the house eating our avocados and a lizard running across the counter, it’s a little too much.

Amazing view and privacy

We loved staying at the Cooten House! The views are incredible and we appreciated the privacy. The Bluetooth stereo is great. Hot tub is wonderful. Comfortable bed. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and snorkel gear provided. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Comfortable couch in the living room. A/C in the bedroom worked great and I loved the cross winds with the windows open in the living room. It’s in a remote location, so it’s a 15 minute drive to restaurants and the ferry terminal at Road Town and 20 minutes to Cane Garden Bay beach. One morning there were cows standing by our rental car greeting us! :) If you want to have an incredible view to yourself, you won’t be disappointed!

Repeat customers and love this spot! We may “age out” when we turn 80 but not yet. Need to be capable of climbing about 20 steps up and down to the car park.

Amazing views, lovely home

The views just can't be beat! We followed our rental car representative to the property on arrival. There's a somewhat steep path and stairs to get down to the house, but they're sturdy and well lit at night. The home's amenities provided for all of our needs. It was clean and comfortable with interesting vintage decor. The host was responsive and easy to work with. Driving on the island can be a little dicey. Some roads were closed due to flooding and the roads are steep with sharp turns, plus GPS isn't accurate. We had a lovely stay!

Fantastic in every way!!

Everything about our stay at the Cooten Bay House was spectacular! The house was clean and well stocked with everything you might need from a vacation rental. Jeromy was incredibly kind and considerate throughout the entire process, responding quickly to our inquiries and occasionally checking in to make sure that we had everything that we needed. The house is entirely secluded but just a short trip into town for restaurants and other necessities. The open-air layout was amazing and the views were absolutely spectacular (pictures really don’t do it justice)!! The house also had a really nice energy to it, and we instantly felt at home from the moment we walked in the door. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Tortola!

Book It!

Simply amazing and wonderful. We spent 8 days there and explored Tortola. Absolutely great communication with Jeremy. He made sure everything was perfect. Rental car is a must. Incredible view. Secluded. Lots of hungry mosquitos. Bring bug spray. Drive down to Josiah's beach, which is about 10 minutes away and can be seen from the house. Totally relaxing stay. Just what we wanted and needed.

Awesome Views

We spent 7 wonderful nights at Jeremey's place. While the place is a bit rustic and could probably use a deep cleaning - whatever shortcomings those may have been - were made up for with the spectacular views and the excellent customer service that Jeremy provided along with his brother in law, Ben -who is on the island and couldn't have been more helpful. The bed was very comfy and waking up each morning looking out at our view was heavenly. It would have been nice to have some instructions listed somewhere - as to house information (steps to open/close up the place/trash/etc. ) Highly recommend this place!

Caribbean Paradise!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was an amazing time! The views here are unbeatable. Leave the doors open and feel the cool breeze pass through the home giving it a great vibe. Jeremy and his team were very professional, accommodating and responsive to anything we needed during our stay. This place is very safe and everyone on the island were Fl very friendly. We will for sure come stay again.

Wonderful secluded honeymoon spot!

We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful spot for our honeymoon. The pictures do not do this property justice. The hosts Jeremey and his brother-in-law Ben were very responsive to any questions or issues that came up. The house is well stocked with any of the basics we needed. We ordered groceries that were delivered the day we arrived. We cooked most of our meals at the house, because we truly didn’t want to leave. Rent a vehicle for the week from Paradise Jeep and you’ll be met at the ferry or airport by their rep and led to the property. We arrived late in the day, so we were driven to the property where our Paradise rep was picked up. The owners of the property will advise you on the best restaurants and the absolute best and private beaches on the island.

The most beautiful views!

We could have stayed on the porch for our entire stay! The views here are so amazing. Jeremy was very responsive to any questions I had ahead of our stay & Ben met us and led us to the house on check-in day and explained everything we needed to know right down to the best little beach right down the road. The kitchen was well appointed with everything one would need to prepare meals during a stay however we didn't want to cook so all we did was make coffee in the mornings & use the fridge for beer. The welcome bottle of prosecco made the perfect pineapple mimosas! The hot tub on deck makes for a perfect evening and even though we used the air conditioning in the bedroom at night for sleeping, the house never felt warm with the breezes blowing through the open air floor plan. We had plenty of towels to use and the beach chairs & cooler was a very welcome amenity. This place is truly heavenly to stay while exploring Tortola and the other islands. Can't recommend enough & we look forward to returning again some day.

Excellent views

A cute little house furnished with old antiques. The bed was very comfortable with a quality mattress. Plenty of towels and dishes. Could use a deep cleaning- cupboards, corners and behind things. But enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Dry convenient location too.
