Maison de plage élégante, récemment rénovée et améliorée à quelques pas de l'eau

Notre maison de 2 chambres a été récemment rénovée et modernisée pour inclure de nouvelles fenêtres, une nouvelle cuisine, de nouveaux meubles et installations, des équipements supplémentaires et la climatisation dans toutes les chambres. La suite principale s'ouvre sur un balcon récemment agrandi avec coin salon et foyer pour profiter de la vue sur les îles environnantes. L'espace extérieur comprend des chaises longues et des meubles en teck ainsi qu'un jardin tropical adjacent à la plage.
La maison peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes dans deux chambres doubles. Si votre groupe est plus grand, merci de nous indiquer l'âge pour voir si la propriété convient à votre groupe.

The most beautiful view in Tortola. The best snorkeling and Mobbsie. Can’t be beat. We loved going to Peg Legs, Pusser’s, Rhythm and Sands, Main Street Restaurant and Bamboushay. Loved visiting The Baths in Virgin Gorda. Wonderful Sister Trip. Thank you for sharing your amazing beach house.

We spent two weeks at this house and didn’t leave once. This is one of our favorite homes we’ve ever rented. Owner is easy and helpful as is the property manager Mobbsie.

We had a wonderful visit. Beautiful setting right on the beach, terrific house with wonderful decks and views, very well equipped. Owner and property manager were very available, responsive and helpful which was appreciated when small issues or questions arose. Guests should be aware that the condition of roads can be a challenge, so when renting a vehicle, you will definitely need a 4 wheel drive.

Everything about this vacation was simply amazing! The house is beautiful and so close to the water. The views are breathtaking. My family snorkled almost everyday. This is my absolute most favorite place ever!

We enjoyed our stay so much we almost never left to explore the rest of the island. Wonderful snorkeling steps from the house, beautiful beach (almost deserted), wonderful host & house manager. All around great experience.

Highly recommend!! The house was clean and cozy with everything we needed for our stay, the GORGEOUS beach is literally steps from the door, and Judy was so helpful with tips for restaurants, grocery stores and even recommended a phenomenal charter boat we spent one of our days on.

Delightful Stay on Brewers Bay

We loved our stay on Brewers Bay! The location and views are great! The only downside to staying on the water is the bugs. A/C units worked well and kept us cool inside. Mobbsie was great to work with and went above and beyond to help us when our crappy car from Avis broke down on us at the ferry port. Thanks for a great stay!

Island Relaxation to Perfection!

After visiting St. John for many years, this was our first trip to Tortola. This villa and it’s unique location are exceptional! The peaceful and quiet mornings, the virtually deserted beach right at your footsteps, as much sun and shade throughout the day as you want, and absolutely amazing sunsets. The villa has everything you’ll need inside and out for a very comfortable stay. It’s a short, though adventurous, drive to Road Town and many of the popular destinations.

Amazing Experience

We couldn't be happier with our experience the Beach House. Steps away from the ocean, we spent most of our time either paddle boarding or snorkeling. We took our 2 small children (6&4) and they had the best time of their lives. We can't wait to go back.

The setting on the beach was superb. The house, appliances, and linens were quality and comfortable.

Chris and Judy (owners) communicate very well and promptly. The house could not be better. Peace, privacy, view snorkeling out front steps. We are already talking about when we can return.

Beautiful Location

The location of this property is stunning! The pelican "show" was fun to watch every day. Its a bit of an adventure getting to the property (especially when it rains!) but no problem with 4wd vehicle. Easy drive to Cane Garden Bay, Long Bay Beach and Smugglers Cove.

Absolute dream!

The location of this house absolutely cannot be beat! We had a jam packed itinerary planned, but nothing compared to the private beach and convenience of the house, so most days we chose to stay and enjoy the house. Truly, the most stunning house on the most beautiful, calm beach. We all had a blast snorkeling, paddle boarding, building sand castles, and the house was perfect for traveling with 2 young children (7 and 10). Every single morning, we couldn’t believe the stunning view we woke up to!

Amazing Location in Paradise

Brewer’s Bay Beach Home is an amazing place to stay for relaxing in Paradise! Where else can you stay with an awesome beach just steps from your home? The colors of the aqua Caribbean waters are amazing. Snorkeling right where you are. We saw quite a variety of fish. If you are looking for a beautiful, relaxing get away this is the place. Definitely follow the recommendations to rent a 4-wheel drive. The roads are definitely an adventure. on

Secluded Beachfront Getaway

The setting for Brewers Bay Beach House is fantastic! The stay offers the ultimate in seclusion with a beach that is practically your own. The balcony and the patio offer two great vantage points for gazing at the beautiful view over the bay with awesome sunsets. Mobbsie, the property manager, is wonderful. He helped us out twice with rental car and transportation issues. We'd have been lost without him. We've booked for next year!

Long term residents of the BVI and water lovers, we discovered the Beach House when exploring the surrounding shore line. We were very fortunate to be able to make it our second home in the BVI. We are long term residents in the BVI. Chris was born and raised here and when he is not directing ships he is sailing them...Judy moved to the BVI in 2000 from her native UK and is a keen swimmer and paddle boarder. Their 2 teenage sons are keen watersports enthusiasts and can be seen paddleboarding, sailing or fishing in the Bay.

Beauty and tranquility, the ability to live by the water in comfort, lie in the hammock in the lush garden, take an early morning dip, snorkel the reef that is steps from the property, take a hike to nearby attractions, or just take in the view and watch the pelicans swoop and dive..

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We fell in love with our property that Is very unique being right next to the water and having a beautiful flat garden that our children could play in and with plenty of space to relax and dine al fresco. The Beach is not easily accessible to the public so it is often deserted. The neighbourhood is friendly and peaceful whilst the location is still close to Road Town and several good quality shops and restaurants.
