Experience this sun-filled spacious one bedroom found on the second floor of a Victorian home with Stars of Boston.

Free use of shared laundry.

Fully furnished unit offers hardwood floors, high ceilings, large living room with a futon sofa that converts into a bed, dining table and flat screen Tv. Kitchen features gas cooking and small breakfast bar with seating for two. Bedroom is furnished with a Queen Sleigh bed , dressers and desk . Modern bath with glass shower doors completes this beautiful one bedroom furnished unit.

Disclaimer: This is a fully furnished unit offered for short-term, transient use only. It is not a rental tenancy or lease. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests.

Located at one mile to Longwood Medical hospitals, 3 minute walk to D line, 1/2 mile to Brookline Villages shops, restaurants, and cafes and 3/4 mile to Coolidge Corner featuring trader Joes, restaurants, movie theater and more.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $250 per pet, pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.

Parking is available at $275/mo. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.

Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.

There is a $150 lost key fee.

Please be advised that should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. The exact amount of this increase will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant and well-maintained environment for all our guests.

The place is as advertised and in a beautiful neighbourhood. Close to everything you need and access to public transportation. Everything is very convenient and in a quiet community.

Great stay in Brookline

Location was great. Apartment was spacious. Amenities were appreciated. One potential area of improvement: increased lighting in living/dining area to provide good light for reading.

Top floor half of a multi family house (maybe 3-4 other units), one spacious bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Upsides were the location in Brookline, felt like a safe neighborhood, shared laundry access on floor below, comfortable bed, big desk, office chair, dish washer and sufficient kitchen supplies for cooking in. Microwave, keurig coffee machine, full fridge. Ceilings were high, made for spacious feeling shower. Two AC window units. When there were hot days (90) it was definitely warm even with AC going. The biggest downside was that we had to deal with mice. To the credit of the property managers, they did resolve it after two reports. It’s an old house, it’s an urban setting, so understandable but not desirable. Neighbors were nice.

As you noted, this is a classic, older Brookline home, and like many established urban properties, seasonal factors can occasionally bring outdoor activity closer to the building. Once you let us know, we arranged for licensed pest control to come out promptly, followed up to ensure the treatment was effective, and the issue was fully resolved during your stay. Ongoing preventive service is already in place. We appreciate your balanced perspective and are glad the situation was handled while you were there. Thank you again for staying with us.
