Remodel, ample space, single story clean, cozy, & relaxing home. Located approx. 12 mi from the airport, 10 mi from Fort Bliss, with many dining and shopping options nearby. WiFi and Smart TVs. Netflix & Roku available. Home comfortably sleeps 9 in 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 1 Air mattress, and large coach. Home has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen with breakfast area, living room, Family Room with Work Area, and enclosed front and backyard. Parking available in driveway & street.
The space
Comfortable and relaxing single-story, El Paso home! Located within a short walking distance to neighborhood park, Country Club and closed by I-10 & 375, Schools, Restaurants & Shopping! Home features comfortable & spacious bedrooms with walk in closets and large game room with 55" Smart TV. Kitchen offers recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances and breakfast area too! Other features include refrigerated air, a large master bedroom, master bathroom, and walk in closet. Fully enclosed front and backyard. Backyard has covered patio and beautiful landscaping with grass!
Please be aware that I have my office at my home's garage but I only work from there a couple days a week and I have an independent entrance from the drive way so I do not need to go inside my home at all during the time you are renting it. In addition, I will text you in advance before I go to my home garage office so that you know that I would be there that day.
I'm delightful to be your host! Please do not hesitate to ask if you need something.
Other things to note
Welcome to My El Paso Home located within a short walking distance to neighborhood park and Cielo Vista Country Club and just minutes away from a major intersection on I-10 & 375.
Within minutes away you would find the CVS and Walgreen pharmacies, Providence Hospital, doctor's offices.
Within 5 minutes, you would find Albertson's, Wal-Mart, and Food Markets as well as all kind of restaurant's from Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Vietnamese, Stake House, Pizzeria, etc.
With major Movie Theaters close by as well.
If you and your family likes lakes and fishing, I would recommend to adventure for an early short trip to Caballo Lake just 2 hours from my home or to try the New Mexico vineyards to enjoy local made wine just 1 hour away.

Christmas Vacation

Our family including Sandy our dog enjoyed our stay. The back yard is very nice, and it was good to have both a dining room and breakfast area. Location was convenient and the host was very responsive.

Labor Day Weekend

The house was in a perfect location, clean, spacious, and beautiful. For the most part, we enjoyed our stay except for a couple issues. The issues were an unusable dining chair, and the primary bathroom toilet was constantly running. We contacted the Host, and she responded very quickly by sending a repair person over for repairs however, the repair person fixed the chair but could not fix the toilet running and therefore was unusable for the remainder of our stay. This posed an inconvenience. To close, I would still recommend this house as we consider this incident an oversight and should be taken as a lesson learned therefore, we can only rate our experience with a 4-star rating.

Home away from home

The house had plenty of space and the backyard has grass (I love some green on places I stay). Took my morning walks around the neighborhood, and it felt safe. We are already booked for the following weekend. :)

Stay in El Paso

It was in a great location for us. I only had one chair I could sit in the rest of the furniture was too soft. The washer and dryer were very nice. The beds were comfortable. Overall it was a good place.

Convenient and Spacious

Stayed at Maria's house for ten days. The house was clean and spacious and we enjoyed the back porch and the sun room very much. It was convenient to all our destinations and very safe. The kitchen was well stocked and it was great to have laundry (big new washer and dryer) available as well. Thank you, Maria.

The house was roomy, clean, felt secure and close to shopping.

These was our first stay at a VRBO Rental. The experience was great. Felt secure and the place was roomy. Shopping and places to eat were close and easy to get to. Best of all, our host was available anytime to answer questions whenever we needed. We'll return next time we're in El Paso.
