5 houses from the beach! Three Floors of Shore Living.

Relax and enjoy this newly renovated, three floor townhome—perfect for your next family vacation getaway. Conveniently located 5 houses from the beach and two blocks from playground/tennis/basketball courts/mini-golf. Tasty ice cream on the corner and Dot's Pastries just steps away. Walk, drive or ride bikes to Ocean City's famous boardwalk and enjoy the many unique shops and family friendly restaurants on downtown Asbury Avenue.
When you arrive, you will have two designated parking spots under a carport with additional off-street reserved parking available. The first floor is the game room fully furnished with a sofa bed and smart tv. Walk up to the second floor to an open floorplan including an updated kitchen with granite counter tops, family room with cathedral ceilings, and a balcony. This floor also has a full bath and bedroom (twin beds). On the third floor you will find two primary suites. Primary suite one include an en-suite and skylights. The second primary suite also has an en-suite and private deck. This floor includes a convenient laundry area complete with washer and dryer. Each bedroom on this floor has a queen bed and a smart TV.
We provide 6 beach tags! Guests must bring their own linens and towels. Fireplace is only functional during winter months. Please remember no pets and no smoking.

*This is not a party house, no senior week or after prom rentals.

*Keyless entry code will be provided day of check in, codes are changed between each rental.

Beautiful property with enough room for the whole family to vacation together as we do annually to OCNJ. Only took off one star for a few housekeeping issues we had such as not being able to use one of the showers from the first day due to it being broken and some dressers not being functional enough to use without breaking. Owners were responsive and kind throughout booking and staying. Would stay there again!

Perfect place for a family vacation!

This is a beautiful home perfect for the 7 us. The beach is a short walk and it’s far enough from the boardwalk that it’s not super crowded. It’s also close enough to get a ride or drive. There is so much to do. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I would definite recommend this house. We will be back for sure!

Great beach house with a short walk to the Ocean

We were excited to have our family celebrate the 4th of July in Ocean City. We went to the beach everyday, rode bikes and visited the boardwalk. We loved the house and built some great memories.

Another great stay in OC

One of the best places to stay in OC. Very convenient to local shops and the beach. Owners are regularly making upgrades and improvements to the property. Great communication with the owner. Looking forward to booking again in the future.

Family Vacation

A wonderful week! The house was perfect for our family vacation with six adults and a 21 month old. We appreciated the cleanliness of the house and the security gates for the steps were a definite plus. The Lynch’s were easy to work with and they replied quickly to my emails. The location was great as well. So close to the beach, playground, grocery and convenience stores and restaurant options.

Awesome house

We absolutely loved your house! It was so clean, which meant a lot to us and it was very spacious. My girls and my grandsons had so much fun! We couldn’t ask for nicer owners. You were on top of everything. When we return to Ocean city we will definitely call you first! We will not be going to Ocean City in 2024 unfortunately. Thank you for thinking about us! Everything we needed

Everything was just as described. Easy walk to the beach - close enough to walk back to use the bathroom or grab some lunch. Several things close by within easy walking distance - donut shop, ice cream, surf shop and much more. Accessible to DoorDash and Instacart with a variety of choices. The house was very clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked right down to scissors and a cheese grater. We didn’t need to bring a thing! We were very pleased with our experience and had a wonderful week!
