Cette maison joliment décorée et bien entretenue de 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain est située à quelques pas de la plage et de la promenade. Il possède tout le confort de la maison (y compris une télévision connectée de 55 pouces dans le salon, une télévision connectée de 32 pouces dans la chambre principale et de nouveaux téléviseurs dans chacune des trois autres chambres) ainsi qu'une cuisine et une salle à manger entièrement fonctionnelles. Il offre de magnifiques plafonds cathédrale dans la zone principale et la chambre principale (avec un tout nouveau matelas Sleep Number) et une terrasse avant et arrière surdimensionnée et privée pour votre confort, ainsi qu'une terrasse sur le toit! Aéré en été et confortable en hiver, il est disponible toute l'année pour une escapade merveilleuse et reposante. Situé au deuxième étage pour le calme et l'intimité et dans un quartier très bien entretenu, c'est un endroit que vous serez heureux d'avoir choisi pour votre prochaine escapade ou vacances!

Beautiful home with all of the amenities and more. Julie was extremely welcoming and resourceful and we felt so fortunate to have found a gem for a weekend getaway.The home was immaculate with easy access as the check in/out instructions were great. The late check out opportunity was greatly appreciated. Walkable to boardwalk and stores..Lovely decks and rooftop views and overall sunny, happy atmosphere. Thank you for a great staycation!!

This was the best VRBO rental I've ever had. VERY welcoming host, excellent and charming accommodations, very welcoming to our little dog, the fireplace was so cozy (we were there in February) and actually warm, where some gas fireplaces are not warm. The kitchen had everything we needed. Close to everything. Highly recommended.

Julie was such a great host to work with. We had stayed at another one of her locations before and she told us about this one, on the first floor, but exact same set up. Great Location, lots of room

This property and the owner are both lovely. We were grateful to have so much space for our 3 year old to play during the rainy parts of our stay. The location is great, access to the beach and boardwalk are steps away. Overall a great experience.

And since we can't stay here all the time (although we wish we could), you are invited to also enjoy this amazing home that we call, 'Sunrest.' Our hope is that you also will find rest and relaxation from the activity of life in this little piece of heaven.

We chose this property because we loved the location of the house! What could be better than a quick 1 block walk to the beach and boardwalk in one direction and Piccini's pizza (got to be the world's best) just three blocks the other direction? Oh, and Starbucks just a quick walk away. We also loved the layout of this home, the friendly colors, the gorgeous and spacious front and back decks and the quiet, private beauty of the second floor.
