Cette maison joliment décorée et bien entretenue de 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain est située à quelques pas de la plage et de la promenade. Il possÚde tout le confort de la maison (y compris une télévision connectée de 55 pouces dans le salon, une télévision connectée de 32 pouces dans la chambre principale et de nouveaux téléviseurs dans chacune des trois autres chambres) ainsi qu'une cuisine et une salle à manger entiÚrement fonctionnelles. Il offre de magnifiques plafonds cathédrale dans la zone principale et la chambre principale (avec un tout nouveau matelas Sleep Number) et une terrasse avant et arriÚre surdimensionnée et privée pour votre confort, ainsi qu'une terrasse sur le toit! Aéré en été et confortable en hiver, il est disponible toute l'année pour une escapade merveilleuse et reposante. Julie was such a great host to work with. We had stayed at another one of her locations before and she told us about this one, on the first floor, but exact same set up. We were happy to be on the lower level. She was so attentive and helped me out with so many things. For sure, we will rent with her again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location can't be beat, everything was super clean, and our host was fantastic and incredibly kind. This location is so close to the beach and boardwalk that it makes access super easy! This is a gem of a find and we would definitely return! We really appreciated all our host Julie did to make us feel welcome! Can't wait to go back!

Lovely property, very nice common area, large kitchen and eating area. Loved the balconies and the upper balcony ad well. Close enough to the boardwalk and beach but not too close.

Great Location, lots of room

This property and the owner are both lovely. We were grateful to have so much space for our 3 year old to play during the rainy parts of our stay. The location is great, access to the beach and boardwalk are steps away. Overall a great experience.

Family house for son’s wedding

Great customer service right from the start! I can tell Julie takes renting her property very seriously and wants to ensure everything is perfect from the start! She is a wonderful host and the house was much more than we expected!!! Nothing was overlooked to a fully stocked kitchen with coffee and spices to cook with, to games, and everything you could ever need to take to the beach! Would highly recommend!!

Best Host, Perfect Location

We booked last minute for a family wedding and the home was perfect. We were able to walk to most events and you are right at the boardwalk! The best was Julie our host, she was more than accommodating. And my kids loved the recliners at end of sectional. Will definitely come back.

Great house with an ideal locations

The house in about one block off the beach /boardwalk and is easily walkable to go to the bathroom or get food food etc. It comes with everything. Beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas, coolers, bikes and a grill. It was clean and fit us all perfectly. We loved the multiple decks and the proximity to the boardwalk and shopping. The owner checked in numerous times to make sure everything was good. I recommend this property without hesitation

Cozy by the shore

Place was clean, spacey, had everything needed and provided. The rooftop patio was a huge hit. 8 beach tags provided along with beach gear. 1 block to the beach and the boardwalk. Prime location!

Girls getaway

The house was perfect for our winter girls getaway. The TV and large open room allowed us to stream our conference and all gather together for food and fellowship! Thank you for every careful detail you attended to from coffee to laundry soap! It was a well stocked kitchen for all our yummy meals as well. We will sure to book again next time!

And since we can't stay here all the time (although we wish we could), you are invited to also enjoy this amazing home that we call, 'Sunrest.' We chose this property because we loved the location of the house! What could be better than a quick 1 block walk to the beach and boardwalk in one direction and Piccini's pizza (got to be the world's best) just three blocks the other direction? Oh, and Starbucks just a quick walk away. We also loved the layout of this home, the friendly colors, the gorgeous and spacious front and back decks and the quiet, private beauty of the second floor.
