4 Beach Passes and Beach Chairs included!!! We also have beach bicycles available for quick access to the beach and around town. Cruise up and down the Boardwalk for some great fun & exercise.

NYE Stay in Ocean City

My family and I stayed here for NYE to enjoy the First Night event. The proximity/easy walking distance to the boardwalk and the fun was perfect. Communication with the owner was excellent and we had a great stay!

Great escape

Terrific and clean property right in heart of OC. (Just be sure to bring your own corkscrew in the dry town). Our second stay here. Highly recommended!

Excellent Stay in OCNJ!

Our family had an amazing stay at this OCNJ condo! The location was perfect—just a quick 10-minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the early check-in, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Todd was a fantastic host and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a memorable OCNJ getaway!

Perfect Getaway!

The only problem with our stay was that it was too short! We had a blast! It was very clean and exactly like the description. Perfect distance to beach and boardwalk! Also loved walking to all of the local boutiques and breakfast spots!

New Year’s getaway

We had a wonderful stay! The house was great. We loved the location and set up. Perfect to sit around the table or comfortably relax on the large couch by the fire. Todd was quick to respond with any questions. 😊

A week at Ocean City, NJ

The condo was clean with open layout and spacious balcony up front. It was convenient located for shopping and easy and safe walk to either the beach or bayside. There were closet full of paper towels, plenty of laundry/dishwash detergents, and towels and linens. The beach badges, chairs, and umbrellas were very nice too. Todd was very quick to respond to my questions; we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location and place for family!

This place was perfect for us and what we needed! We came into town for our daughter’s soccer tournament and it was great to be so close to everything. The street we stayed on had great shops and restaurants and only a few blocks from the boardwalk! The host was great with communication and ensured we had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and everything was clean. The washer and dryer was convenient along with having chairs and umbrellas for the beach. If you’re looking for a nice getaway for your family, this was a great spot.

Ocean city shore house

We enjoyed our stay very much. House was clean and better than we were expecting! Only negative thing I could say is the lock box for garage has too many keys inside which makes it difficult to close after using. There was a great little restaurant right across the street that had good food and many kinds of lattes to choose from for breakfast! We would definitely stay there again!

Above our expectations!!!

Todd was extremely responsive with his communication and overly accommodating. We had an amazing time with our family. The space was much bigger than we expected. Our kids had a great time in the bunkbed room and we all had such a great time on the very spacious outdoor deck. The location was absolutely perfect just steps away from restaurants, cafés and shopping and a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We made some great family memories and we are coming back next month. Thank you so much for a great weekend

Gorgeous House!

We stayed at Todd's home for an extended weekend to celebrate my twin's birthday. The house is absolutely gorgeous with lots of space for our family to spread out. We had all meals out on their amazing deck and couldn't be more comfortable. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, especially when carrying gear for kiddos. Communication with Todd was fantastic - he replied via text instantly and was also willing to give us an early check-in and a late check-out so we could maximize more time on the beach. All in all, a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location for Long or Short Stay

Reserved this property for a weekend to enjoy some OCNJ fun. Location is the best. Communication with the owner was easy and a reply was received back within minutes.Everything you need is there....even parking for 2 cars which is a major plus for OCNJ. The only issue is a cleaning fee added but we had to strip beds and tack out the trash per the check-out policy. But not an big issue and we will definitely reserve again in the future. We highly recommend!
