Located right outside of Seven Points Marina! Enjoy the adventures of the lake and local outdoor activities, or use your own private in-ground swimming pool! Best of both worlds! This cottage has beautiful mountain views to make you really feel you are getting away from it all. Fully equipped kitchen and cozy bedding will make your stay unforgettable.

2 queen bedrooms on main level with full bath, one queen bed lower level with full bath, washer and dryer available on-site. Boat parking available.

Overpriced
If it was less expensive I could give it 5 stars. But we paid a premium for a really run down place. Barely enough plates and silver wear for one meal, handrails to basement that are death traps, duct tape holding together stuff, pool furniture falling apart, broken glass just laying around in the storage area, stained carpet, and on top of all of that you have to make your own bed and strip the sheets. Don’t pay this premium!

Great Stay
Mountain Splash was a great stay. Close to Raystown Lake and Juniata College. House is very comfortable, plenty of space to hangout and enjoy. Enjoyed the game room. Great views of the area.

The main attraction during the summer months would be taking a boat/kayak/jet ski/paddle board or anything that can float to the Raystown Lake to catch your summer tan. During autumn, you and the family can enjoy a bonfire pit while cooking up s'mores at anyone one our homes all while enjoying the fall leaves change colors. When hunting season is in session, you can find all sorts of gaming from deer too geese. Just imagine yourself gathered with your family enjoying the beautiful snowfall during a holiday family vacation. With Skiing Lodges an hour away you can work the slopes in a winter wonderland. Want to create a special memory? Please think of Aunt Susies as your home away from home; all our vacation homes are equipped for you to be comfortable.
