Our four bedroom three full bath home boasts two large living areas (each with 65" TVs), dining area, full kitchen, game room (darts, pool table, poker/bumper pool table, and wet bar area), lots of toys for kids, tons of board games, jet tub, & rainfall shower, YoutubeTV and HBO Max to enjoy on all TVs during your stay!

Located in a quiet neighborhood close to parks with easy Highway 69 & I-35 access!

Within 20 minutes of Adventureland, Wells Fargo Arena/Hy-Vee Hall, Cascade Falls waterpark, Urban Air, Center Grove Orchard, indoor golf simulator, & breweries.

Outside you'll enjoy a fenced in yard with a large deck, pergola, and patio area. There's no shortage of space and entertainment for all ages!

Fully stocked kitchen with cookwares and all major appliances

Nook with futon/click clack next to kids play area, with books, toys, toy kitchen, & a cabinet full of board games.
Table that reveals bumper pool when top is removed, or flip tabletop over for traditional poker tabletop.
A separate game room with pool table, dart board in cabinet enclosure, a wet-bar with mini-fridge, and wall mounted 32" smart TV.

A large deck with patio table and chairs covered by a pergola.
Well maintained grass back yard.
Stepping off the deck you will find a paver patio with seating and a propane grill.

Close to Prairie Ridge sports complex, Georgetown park, and two golf courses! Easy I-35 access makes travel to nearby Ames, Altoona, or Des Moines a breeze!

Loved it
What a wonderful stay for my family. We were able to all be together. Ate our meals together. Didn’t have to stay in a smelly, crowed hotel. Plenty of space for all to spread out. Wonderful house. Well stocked with necessities. Couldn’t have been better. Will do again when we all gather in Ankeny

Family time
We had extended family come to town from several different states for our granddaughter’s 1st birthday. This house was perfect to accommodate all of us from a newborn to 80 year old Great-grandmother. The house has a great open concept which allowed us plenty of room to all be together during the day and yet provided good privacy with bedrooms separated between levels at night. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Ankeny, Iowa.

Weekend stay with fiends
3 of my veteran deployment buddies and I get together each February to go ice fishing, but the weather just wasn't cooperating this year. We opted instead to stay at this property for the weekend, and enjoyed it immensely. We didn't do much besides BBQ, play cards, and shoot pool & darts downstairs (which was a huge bonus about the house!), just enjoying some reunion time together. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to work with, even allowing one of us to bring his service dog. The house was very clean and would 100% stay again.

Our home has the perfect location for girls/guys weekends, family gatherings, vacations, and corporate travel, due to its convenient location in NE/Central Ankeny.

Easy access to I-35 and Highway 69 makes travel to Ames, Altoona, and Des Moines a short drive away. Central location to many attractions and entertainment!

Located on a quiet, low traffic street, in a peaceful neighborhood. Inside our home you will find it very spacious with newer appliances, an awesome game room, and an open floor plan.

We know that getting friends and family together requires space to spend time together (and occasionally time apart). You will find that there is no shortage of space in our home!
