- Well trained pets (dogs only) older than 1 year are welcome here! We charge an additional fee of $75/pet for your entire stay and require proof of up to date vaccination record (rabies and distemper). We ask you to keep pets off sofa, throws, pillows, sheets, comforters. Excessive hair found on these will be charged extra. Cats and other animals not allowed.

- We have one dedicated covered parking spot for a small SUV available. The parking spot will not fit large SUVs. Street parking is available in a couple of blocks radius for larger vehicles.

- You will need to climb stairs - there are 2 flights of stairs and 3 stories.

- There are security cameras at the perimeter of house. There are no cameras inside the house.

- Please take shoes off at the entrance.

- This is a charming century old single family home. As with all single family homes, please expect the floors to creak and find some touches from mid-century.

Note: Our home is in center of Seattle & boasts a high walk score. This can lead to some street noise, as with all listings in the urban area.
