This property is so nice! Myself and 8 of my other family members were able to fit in this house comfortably!

We had 10 family members in town for SeattleU graduation. Selected the house for 1) location 2) accommodates 10 people and 3) access to numerous gathering places like a yard. On the plus side the house is clean like new, beds and pillows are comfortable, and open concept kitchen. On the minus side, the house didn’t have all the amenities for making and serving meals for 10, didn’t have closet space for the front bedroom, and didn’t have clean outdoor furniture. The host was receptive and fixed what she could during our stay. I would suggest more substantial furniture so guests can enjoy the back patio, put at least one full length mirror in the house and add kitchenware (plates, glasses and pantry space) to accommodate cooking in the cute little kitchen. We would stay again with those changes. Respectfully, MS

Perfect Place

We had concerns about staying in downtown Seattle, but this neighborhood was just great. The house was awesome and the host worked with us above and beyond the call. I highly recommend this house.

Great family hosting home

I kept my visiting family here, near to my home on first hill, a short walk away. Everyone loved the spacious and bright accommodations and the full kitchen made it easy to share meals here. The neighborhood features easy access to groceries, coffee, and some great doughnuts. We'll definitely be checking for this place's availability next time they are coming to town.

Great house in convenient location!

We booked this place as 5 colleagues attending a conference in central Seattle. The house had plenty of space for us all with all the facilities we needed. Walking or a quick Uber to central Seattle made it really convenient for us and plenty of good choices for meals in the nearby area. Communication with our host before visiting, and during, was super efficient. If we return to Seattle again this would be where we try to book to stay.
