Please review the information below before you book. We want our guests to have the right expectations and upfront information when they book so you can have a smooth and happy experience every time.

- Well trained pets older than 1 year are welcome here! We charge an additional fee of $75/pet for your entire stay and have up to date vaccinations (rabies). We ask you to keep pets off sofa, throws, pillows, sheets, comforters. Excessive hair found on these will be charged extra.

- We have one dedicated parking spot for a large SUV available in front of house. The parking spot will not fit a truck. Street parking is available for trucks.

- Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house.

- You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories.

- There are security cameras at the perimeter of house and rooftop. There are no cameras inside the house.

- Please do not smoke, vape, use marijuana or drugs in the house, we fine $500 for breaking this rule.

- Please take shoes off at the entrance.
