This is my favorite place to stay in Ballard when I visit family, and I've stayed in a lot of different places. The guest house is lovely, clean, open. The gardens are beautiful and the location is perfect for walks and very quiet. Highly recommend this wonderful rental

Lovely little house in a cute, quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants, a bakery and a little market, as well as the beach and park at Golden Gardens. Host gives tons of helpful information about the area and recommendations. We really enjoyed it.

We had a great stay. Ballard is a nice, safe area as a base for seeing all the Seattle sights. The house was spotless and the hosts accommodating and friendly.

Great stay!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week and we loved it! It is perfect for two people and not too far from anything. The owners were very nice and were very good about communication. I certainly recommend this to anyone! Thanks to the owners!

Perfect Town, Perfect Place

We stayed for a week here and fell in LOVE with ballard and the property. Since the owners live on the property it's easy to ask for special requests and they will have lovely reccomendations for food/activities/etc. Will be staying here again!

Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed our stay! The Guest House was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It's located in a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. It also had a lovely patio to enjoy :)

We're a couple who love to meet new people and hear stories from all over. We spent a few years living and traveling in China, Korea, and Japan before settling in Seattle.

We both like coffee, beer from local breweries, cooking and traveling.

We've had such great experiences meeting people from all around the world and are thankful for this great community.

Enjoy Ballard's quiet Sunset Hill neighborhood in our backyard guesthouse.

Seven minutes walk from Sunset Hill park which offers gorgeous views of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound and 15 minutes hike down to the Golden Gardens which is one of the Northwest's most beautiful beaches.

The guesthouse has a full kitchen and dining table with adjoining living area with couch and television.

The bathroom has a shower as well as housing the washer and dryer.

The bedroom has a queen size bed with latex mattress and down comforter. A dresser and and additional storage shelves are provided.

The property has gigabit internet service (shared with hosts) but there is a mesh node in the guesthouse to which direct connection is possible.
