Our hosts made this Vrbo rental one of the best rentals we have made in all our years of using VRBO. The property was exactly as advertised. An absolutely beautiful property inside and out. Perfect for a couple desiring to visit Ballard community for a weekend or longer. Convenient to beach parks and local eateries. Supermarket is within walking distance. Property was immaculate and all appliances as well as shower were in perfect working order. Our queen size bed gave us a restful sleep plus neighborhood is peacefully quiet. You will not regret reserving this unit.

We had a great stay. Ballard is a nice, safe area as a base for seeing all the Seattle sights. The house was spotless and the hosts accommodating and friendly.

Perfect Town, Perfect Place

We stayed for a week here and fell in LOVE with ballard and the property. Since the owners live on the property it's easy to ask for special requests and they will have lovely reccomendations for food/activities/etc. Will be staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay! The Guest House was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It's located in a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. It also had a lovely patio to enjoy :)

We're a couple who love to meet new people and hear stories from all over. We spent a few years living and traveling in China, Korea, and Japan before settling in Seattle.

We both like coffee, beer from local breweries, cooking and traveling.

Enjoy Ballard's quiet Sunset Hill neighborhood in our backyard guesthouse.

Seven minutes walk from Sunset Hill park which offers gorgeous views of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound and 15 minutes hike down to the Golden Gardens which is one of the Northwest's most beautiful beaches.

The guesthouse has a full kitchen and dining table with adjoining living area with couch and television.

The bathroom has a shower as well as housing the washer and dryer.

The bedroom has a queen size bed with latex mattress and down comforter. A dresser and and additional storage shelves are provided.

The property has gigabit internet service (shared with hosts) but there is a mesh node in the guesthouse to which direct connection is possible.
