Winnipesaukee Waterfront Chalet with Sandy Beach Private Dock and Fire Pit

This private setting is the perfect place to getaway. Find the peace and relaxation you have been craving all year long. Gather up your fishing poles & binoculars and head to the Long Island Bridge just minutes away to enjoy some favorable recreation such as fishing or sightseeing. Enjoy the private patio while listening to the song of the loons and assorted wildlife. This desirable spot offers hard to beat Southwestern exposure, sunlight throughout the day and incredible sunsets in the evenings. This is the place where memories are made!

Open concept living area on the main level with knotty pine walls, the full-size sofa pulls out into a queen-sized sleeper for additional sleeping accommodations. With the queen sleeper sofa and three bedrooms, this home can accommodate up to eight guests.

Spend the days enjoying the sandy beach, playing and swimming in the lake. There is also a private 40' dock for you to bring your own boat up to 29' or rent one from one of the local marinas. For your convenience, the public boat launch is just across the lake after the Long Island Bridge / Beach just a short drive away.

Centrally located with convenient access to all the Lakes Region has to offer. Parking available for two vehicles and boat trailer, if needed with permission.

Please note: Sheets and towels are NOT INCLUDED with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $150.00. Towel packages are $12.00 per person. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.

We told rental that we would like same week & location next year. The owners are right next door and are very pleasant. I requested a railing next to steps leading to dock and owner took it seriously and put in a safety railing. Wonderful week for 3 generations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is in a great spot near on of the popular sand bars for anchoring. The house is nice with lots of outdoor spaces to relax. Great dock for your boat too. The only reason that I gave 4 stars and not 5 for amenities was that it lacks a clothes dryer. The sun was not always out to dry the many towels we used, as we swam all day every day! I will be back here and bring more towels!
