Détendez-vous et détendez-vous dans cette belle maison en bord de mer le lac Winnipesaukee. Installé dans un premier Moultonborough absolument NH Situation sur le Black Cat Island. Une île privée et ponté, il offre le nec plus ultra dans la solitude et la vie privée, avec la commodité et l'accessibilité.

Cette maison offre une vue imprenable sur le lac, le mont Chocorua et les montagnes Ossipee, magnifiques couchers de soleil et levers de soleil, solide 30 'bassin d'eau, fond de sable doux, eau calme et cristalline pour la baignade, et guimauves à rôtir. Et apportez vos jumelles pour observer les aigles à tête blanche nicheurs sur Blueberry Island à proximité!

Cette maison bien entretenue de 5 chambres et 2 salles de bain a un niveau principal avec une grande salle à aire ouverte avec une grande cheminée en pierre des champs, plafonds cathédrale, tout en verre, Smart TV LED avec système de son, ventilateur de plafond, salle à manger confortable, planchers de bois franc, et nouvelle cuisine (2015), personnalisée, érable et granit; Tous avec vue sur le lac et les montagnes!

This vacation home was absolutely perfect. My husband and I, our three children, and our 6 year old golden doodle all had a wonderful getaway. The entire property was beautiful, including the sunsets on the water each night. Tom and Paul were quick to respond with any questions and the house was everything we hoped for! Will definitely want to come back!

As always this Black Cat Island home didn’t disappoint. Very comfortable, clean and modern with lake house charm. Even with a lower lake than usual there was still plenty of water at the dock for a 24’ boat. And I can never say enough about the lakeside fire pit. Hosts are thoughtful and communicative and a pleasure to work with.

Great spot with amazing views!

Such a lovely house with a great waterfront area for swimming and lounging! And this section of the lake is generally quite calm. Perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding. Nice well-stocked kitchen and roomy dining area. We spent most of our evening time on the big main floor deck watching gorgeous sunsets over the lake. Very comfortable house for a group.

Beautiful surroundings and location. Clean interior and decks. Two suggestions—-hand rails would help with access to the lake and dock. And linen supplies would be much appreciated, especially for guests coming from the west coast.

We had a nice stay with family. The house had beautiful bathrooms but the rest of the furnishings were a bit worn, especially living room furniture. If traveling by plane (which most of our group was) keep in mind there are no paper products at all, no dishwasher detergent and no kitchen trash bags. So you have to buy those immediately upon getting there and then have to fly with them afterwards. We knew about the paper products but trash bags and dishwasher detergent would be nice to have available.

Lake trip

View and access to lake was amazing. Home was well maintained and clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were more modern and nicely appointed. A/C only in bottom level. If it’s a hot week, you’ll need fans in the living area. Overall, a fantastic property.

A week on the lake

Very cozy and nice place. Good dock for parking a boat swimming and fishing. Accommodations were excellent for a family with grown children and their girlfriends or families with young kids as well. We had great weather and we’re not in house much as we spent the time on the boat all week! Nights were very relaxing listening to the loons call and feeling the cool breeze off the water.

We loved our stay. The house was perfect and the water was amazing!

I would update the lighting in the living room over the couches. When we arrived one of the three lights was missing a cover Making the light hang weird. The kitchen was awesome. The basement bathroom was amazing...we never even used be first floor shower.

Breathtaking!

This house is amazing! Right on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. The perfect spot....so peaceful and quiet. It was very clean, plenty of room and the cabinets were stocked with everything you needed to make a lakeside dinner. Tom and Paul were the perfect hosts....so nice to deal with and were so quick to answer any questions I had. The early mornings on the deck were breathtaking and beautiful....as well as the evenings at the fire pit. I will definitely be going back!

Great Lake House!

We just spent a week in this house on Black Cat Island. It was better than advertised. We had as many as eight people sleeping there and there was plenty of room with the basement and main level providing two separate living areas. Great mountain views and easy access to the town of Meredith. Nice dock for our 23' pontoon boat that was easy to get in and out of. Like others have mentioned, a very well stocked kitchen - everything you need is already there. Fishing right off the dock was good as well as fishing around the Black Cat Island bridge.

First and foremost, the Rizzo brothers are fabulous in their responsiveness and couldn't be more positive in their positioning to ensure their guests have all questions answered to ensure a great stay.The home is cozy and well equipped. All renovations completed over the last few years added to the quality of our experience.The main and lower level bedrooms aren't large, but nice and certainly sufficient for 1-2 people each. The upstairs king bedroom provided a wonderful space for my husband, me, and our two dogs. In the morning, it was great to sip our first cup of coffee in bed while enjoying a beautiful lake view through the home's wall of windows, and from there enjoying meals, etc. on a good size deck with even closer views of the lake.Our son joined us for two nights and loved having the lower level to himself. It's like a mini apartment with direct access to the outdoors. A real plus!Having fires in their firepit right on the water's edge was a perfect evening activity. The location on the cove was lovely and the dock was a perfect fit for our 22' pontoon boat.This is an excellent home offered by excellent hosts and represents a fantastic choice for couples and families. Black Cat 2021

We stayed here before, two years ago. We love being right on the water with a convenient place to dock the boat. Tom and Paul were helpful answering questions, and quick to respond. The layout of this house is good for us as we have an 11, 13 and 15 year old. Having two living areas is really helpful, so they can escape us, and we can escape them! They also love the foosball table. We also love the proximity (by boat) of Meredith Town Docks area, and Hannaford (by car). We usually do a week at the end of summer, but this year availability was so tight. Turns out beginning of summer is a great time to go. We had the lake to ourselves! Paradise.

Fantastic sunset views and fire pit by the water. Great location and the upgraded kitchen was a plus. Homeowners communicate well. Definitely will return if we don’t buy a home here!

Awesome Place

This house was great! It was clean, well equipped and right on the lake. The only downside was that it listed it had three kayaks, but we didn't find them.....Would definitely stay again and bring our kayaks with us!!

Wonderful Vacation Getaway

I can’t say enough great things about our family’s stay at this Winnipesaukee getaway. As they say... location location location! This property is tucked away on the calm side of Black Cat Island. Sandy beach... boat dock... and crystal clear water... what else do you need. The lake house was built by Tom and Paul's father when they were only four and two years old. They grew up spending their summers here - boating, waterskiing, swimming, sailing, and Skee-Ball & Air Hockey @ Weirs Beach! Hiking in the spring and fall. Skiing and skating in the winters.

Now the extended family spends as much time at the lake as they can, enjoying every minute of it. (And, yes, "the kids" still play Skee-Ball & Air Hockey!)

Our families enjoy spending time at the lake and take pride in our home, frequently making improvements in the "off season."

Our new kitchen combined with the updated living and dining areas is the focal point of the interior. While the whole family has worked in the construction industry for decades, Paul, who works for an upscale remodeling company, took it upon himself to create the perfect kitchen to match the existing space.

He spent countless hours designing the layout to maximize space within the challenging footprint as well as blend the materials to match the existing finishes in addition to creating a more modern and functional design.

We hope you enjoy its beauty and functionality as much as we do!

And in 2017, we completely remodeled the lower level, including a new granite bathroom designed by Paul, hardwood floors, new furniture and additional finishes.

While this home is spacious and very comfortable, what sets it apart is its location. Black Cat Island is located in Moultonborough, and it is bridged so you can drive your car here. It is calm and secluded on our side of the island, but to the west and south is open water. The water is calm and protected, but crystal clear. Many protected areas of the lake have stagnant water. Many open parts of the lake have heavy wind and boat chop. Our property has the unique combination of clear and calm waters, deep water dock, and shallow swimming, all with beautiful lake and mountain views. It is truly a special place.

As this is our second home, we take pride in keeping the property in the best shape possible. Each off-season we aim to upgrade furniture, rooms, and features, ensuring the most comfortable stay for our guests.
