Dog Friendly House au bord du lac Winnipesauke

Une maison accueillante pour les chiens quatre saisons sur un terrain boisé d'1 / 2 acre situé dans la communauté de plage privée de Suissevale, avec une cour entièrement clôturée et sécuritaire pour les chiens et les enfants.
Cette chaleureuse maison à aire ouverte comprend 3 chambres à coucher, 2 canapés convertibles dans le salon et 2 salles de bain.
Le rez-de-chaussée est un concept ouvert avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, un coin repas et un salon avec télévision à écran plat roku et lecteur dvd. Une belle terrasse à l'extérieur pour siroter un café ou simplement vous détendre.
Une buanderie entièrement équipée est à la disposition des clients.
Dehors, vous trouverez un foyer avec des chaises pour profiter de vos soirées.
La plage de Suissevale, l’une des plus belles et des plus grandes plages de sable du lac Winnipesauke, se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture (environ 2 minutes) ou à pied (environ 10 minutes). La plage comprenait une zone de baignade avec 2 grandes plateformes, une grande aire de jeux et un terrain de volleyball de taille olympique. Un lagon pour pêcher avec les enfants, des tables de pique-nique et des barbecues au charbon pour un agréable barbecue à la plage. La plage a également un accès sans fil.

Meredith et Wolfeboro sont à 20 minutes en voiture, North Conway à 40 minutes pour faire du shopping, Storyland ou Attitash, la montagne Gunstock, les gorges de flume, la montagne canon, les montagnes russes, les tours en zip, les parcs aquatiques et le tir à l'argile.
Château dans les nuages et parcours de golf Ridgewood sont à seulement 5 minutes de notre maison.

Very comfortable house, very convenient to a lot of things to do (beach, shop, restaurants, hiking, etc.). Hosts Tamara & Nick were great, very helpful, very available but gave us our place. A pleasure staying in their house - we'll be back!!

This was a great property that suited our needs as a reasonable place to stay for a friends wedding. Communication with Tamara and Nick was excellent, we really appreciated them being able to offer us a later checkout, as we had events for the wedding all 3 days we spent! Would recommend renting from them.

Totally amazing

The property was so perfect. Everything was clean, and well stocked. The house was roomy, and comfortable. The games were plentiful, the storage was perfect. Nice fenced in yard for the dogs to play, amd whole house was set up perfectly for people and pets. The little doggie extras were so thoughtful.we cant wait to go back.

Good neighborhood and lots of room.

This property was the definition of don’t judge a book by its cover. The outside was in need of a bit of maintenance, both house and property. The inside was large and inviting, plenty of space for three to four couples. Being this is a dog friendly rental you will find a few stray hairs but it was very clean.

A wonderful peaceful place

The house is very open with a great deck and plenty of couch space for everyone to hang out. The downstairs game rooms are amazing and we took full advantage of the great fire pit area. We had a chance to use the community beach which is also quite nice. We had neither a dog nor children with us but the house and yard are very dog and kid friendly. The hosts were great to work with. We are hoping to rent the house again!

Wonderful property for pups, with the most responsive hosts!

Our family of 6 and 2 dogs usually stay at the Cape. This year we wanted to try a new water destination that would be more accessible. We loved this dog-friendly house, with treat greetings upon arrival! Everything was as described and depicted. The kitchen was well stocked. Most importantly, the hosts could not have been more attentive or helpful with a few issues that they immediately rectified. The host reached out several times to see if all was well, and if we needed anything. We have not had such attention in other houses. Beautiful walks to the beach; beautiful hiking; visit to the oldest Arcade; nice stroll and food in Meredith. All in all a wonderful vacation! Thank you!

Wonderful!

We had a lovely stay at Nick and Tamara's! She is an excellent communicator and was responsive and helpful. The house is great. Very clean and comfortable. The space is terrific-we had 6 of us initially and then a few more over the weekend. Everyone had a bed or a pull out. We had planned to bring our two Weimaraners which is why we chose this home -- it is VERY dog friendly. Our dogs ended up staying home so we did not take advantage of the fenced-in yard and the dog beds, BUT we would come back with or without dogs. We really liked the location and that the house was EASY. Not fancy or precious but clean and comfortable. Moultonborough and NH generally are beautiful. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the beach/lake, hiking, lots of ice cream, and being together in such a great place! Thank you!

Perfectly located

We were attending a wedding at Castle in the Clouds and this house was perfectly located! The neighborhood is quiet and there is a lovely private beach nearby. We chose this property because dogs were allowed, and the pup who attended enjoyed the fenced in back yard. The house is in a very wooded area and there were lots of birds and deer to watch while seated on the porch.

Very enjoyable stay we didn't have hot water when we arrived. owners had a plumber there at 9 am . It is quite aways from pavilion but very quiet neighborhood close to lake Winnipesaukee

Overall great stay

Great house, fully stocked kitchen and alot of games for the kids. Front of the house needs some updating but inside was immaculate! Fenced in yard was perfect for the dog. We had a great time and the owners were quick with responses to any concerns we had. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Winter Getaway for People/Pets!

I came up here with my girlfriend, parents, brother and his wife, nephews, and the family Black Labs. This was perfect for our needs and laid out in such a way that we could all enjoy each other's company from the kitchen, eating area, and living area simultaneously. Tamara and Nick were very responsive and excellent hosts in general. If you need a place for a smaller group that is near the lakes, mountains and ski resorts, this is a great option!

We are a family of 4. 2 kids, boy and a girl. We also have 4 dogs a German shepherd and 3 Pitbulls. We love the lake life, and we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and make memories. We manage our houses ourselves, there is no agency involved. Most importantly we want people to be able to take their dogs on vacation with them and leave no-one behind. We have 4 big dogs ourselves and we know how important it is to be able to bring your dog with you on vacation.
We own 4 homes, all dog friendly, and we work hard to make sure they are all updated to high standards.
