Two Bedrooms townhouse at 1 mile from the beach

This serene two-story townhouse, located a short stroll from sandy beaches, provides comfort for couples and families seeking a quiet atmosphere. The ground level has an ample living and dining area with direct access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and the powder room. The BBQ area is located on the terrace. The second level has two bedrooms, each with private bathrooms and closets. The master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the canal.

The guest will have fully access from the moment the reservation begin through a Key Less entry door. A booklet with important information regarding house rules, Local information and administrator contact information.

Quite community located at 2 miles from beaches , restaurants, shopping. Located by the intracoastal and near a river facility where you can rent power boats and canoes

Keyless entry door. The manager will provide an entry code the night before your check-in.

On the first floor, you will enjoy a full kitchen. Living and Dining room. Half bathroom. Semi-private terrace with BBQ, overlooking the Intracoastal. Two parking spaces in tandem.
The second floor the Master Queen Bedroom with private bathroom and terrace, and guest bedroom with
a queen bed and private bathroom. TV's in both Master and guest bedroom.


From Fort Lauderdale International Airport exit towards West I-595, keep your right and exit I-95 North towards West Palm Beach. Exit East at exit 29, Sunrise Boulevard. Turn left at Bayview Drive and then right on NE 14th Street. Property will be on you right.

The property has Wi-Fi, Smart TV's in each room. For beach lovers, the unit is equipped with Beach Chairs, Beach towels, and Umbrella. Two tandem parking spaces. For shopping and dinning experience, Galleria Mall is just half mile form the property.

Host was excellent. Everything worked in the townhouse. Especially the digital door key.The front of this townhouse faces south. So you get the sun and lush views of the river and foliage on the banks of the river.

Perfect location for Ft Lauderdale Stay

Perfect location to everything in the area. Communication with the owners was excellent. I had a couple questions during our stay and received immediate responses. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Quiet retreat in a Great Location

Our family recently stayed at this townhome for a warm break. It was spacious, clean and had the amenities that we needed. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck which faces water. The location is ideal for various activities. George English Park is within walking distance and has pickleball, tennis and basketball courts as well as a playground for kids. Also walkable is the Galleria Mall with shops and restaurants. There were plenty of shopping and food options in the area. The beach which we visited daily is a short drive or a 30 minute walk. We found the owner easy to communicate with and they reached out frequently to make sure we were enjoying our stay.We'd definitely consider staying here again.

Super Location and Incredible Value

Wow, we were so impressed! Morning coffee on the deck: check! Full kitchen, dining room, and 2 big bedrooms: check, check, check! The was a huge bang for the buck in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Our host was great!

On the Water

Enjoyed staying at this property the property owner very helpful & promptly answered our queries, & quickly solved issue with lock. Not being American it would have helped to have had written instruction for electrical goods but we muddled through. It’s very pleasant sitting on the decking looking out onto the water but as next door is holiday rental too it isn’t very private as the decking flows into one & there are no loungers or cushions on the outside seats. We used urber all the time & it was very near to malls restaurants water taxi & beach. It was a pleasant stay for 3 nights.

Wonderful Fort Lauderdale Townhome

We spent a week in this lovely townhome on the water, located a short distance from the beach, shopping, restaurants and all that Fort Lauderdale has to offer. The townhome is located in a quiet neighbourhood and has a beautiful view of the canal from both the balcony and deck. The kitchen is well-appointed and had everything we needed including barbecue, dishes, ice maker and washer/dryer. The layout allows for good privacy between bedrooms, with each bedroom having its own private bathroom with shower. There is a half bath downstairs as well. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

great property

the property owned by Aixa is supper great. we really enjoyed our stay. Aixa is very responsive and helpful. the property is in a quite and high rank neighborhood . Everything is pretty new and super clean. There are a deck and a balcony facing to canal where there are many kind of yachts and boats. the location is good too. It is closed to a plaza about 10 minute walk, where a grocery store (Publix) and Starbucks, several restaurants are there. It is better to drive to Sunrise beaches(about 5 minutes), Las Olas (7-8 minutes) beach and Fort Lauderdale by sea beach (10-15 minutes). the downtown of Fort Lauderdale is about 10-15 minutes away by car. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.
