ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE, PLEASE INQUIRE WITHIN. This Cozy Intercoastal Retro Bungalow is in the Beautiful Million Dollar Island Community of Seven Isles in Fort Lauderdale and is a rare find in this luxurious neighborhood of Micro-Mansions.
Big enough to comfortably host up to 6 guests (nightly rate is for 4 guests), this home features 2 Bedrooms & 2.5 Baths, enclosed air-conditioned Sunroom, Cornhole Game Set, Laundry room, Private Driveway parking, Complimentary Wi-Fi, and 24HR Keyless entry (auto lock actividated).
Home layout: • Guest Bedroom - 2 Twin Beds, which can be converted into King if needed (prior notice is required), with walk-in closet. • Full bathroom - Located in Hallway and features bathtub. • Master Bedroom - Queen Bed, Roku TV & Cable, walk-in closet, and private Full Bath with bathtub. • Living Room & Air-Conditioned private Sunroom each feature a large cozy couch big enough to host 1 additional guest on each, (air mattress rental also available). • 4 Beach chairs & umbrella in Garage. • Wet half bath located in Laundry room.
Airy Backyard features, Dining Area, Propane BBQ, Spacious Pool with 4 Pool Solar Lights, Lounge Chairs, Hammock, and Fire Pit. It is the perfect place for a cookout and relaxing around the pool on a warm sunny day or fishing off of the dock. 85' Dock also provides ladder access for those bringing a kayak.
Please note: Owners Boat comes back from the Bahamas on May 27th and will stay docked until December. Guests receive prior notice if the boat requires maintenance.

Important Booking Requirements & Information: - Strict 25 Booking Age Requirement. Please do not proceed with booking if you do not meet this requirement. (Exceptions are made on a case by case basis and additional security deposit is required). - Please read listing description in its entirety by clicking on "Show more >" or "View more". We also require all guests with no prior reviews to confirm that they meet and are in agreement with our house rules. - Maximum Vacations require the person who places the booking to be the person staying at the Property. 3rd party bookings/subletting is NOT allowed. Guests will be subject to immediate Eviction if Management receives a complaint on a falsified booking. - Home has front, side and back yard cameras which are reviewed after guests departure to ensure that house rules were followed. Cameras are only referred to during a guests say if there is a complaint/emergency or incident. Tampering with cameras will prompt immediate visit from management. - Nightly rate is strictly for 4 Guests Max. Additional guests/visitors (regardless of sleepover) allowed for a $25/person additional fee, prior Management approval required. A $25/person per night fine will apply. - Strict Noise Restriction - Absolutely NO parties, NO loud gatherings/groups. Consideration of neighbors is required; they will call us/authorities with any complaints. City imposed noise citations are possible and will be charged back to guests. (City required Netatmo Air & Noise Quality Monitor located in Living Room). - 24HR Keyless Entry. Check-In time is at 4pm / Check-Out is at 10am. Early Check-In's or Late Check-Out's are subject to housekeeping availability and have an additional fee determined depending on the time. - Cleaning Fee is for the home cleaning performed after your departure, not during. During your stay cleanings are available for an extra fee. - Absolutely NO smoking inside home, windows/doors are to remain closed if smoking outside. A $100-$200 fine applies if home smells of smoke. - Windows can be opened if desired, we only ask that the a/c be turned off. Guests are required to keep all windows & doors closed when the a/c system is ON. Windows/Doors are to be kept closed/locked while property is unoccupied. - Pets allowed with Management prior authorization. Pet fee applies for all except Certified Service Animals (proper credentials are required). A picture and proof of vaccinations are also required. Owners are to pick up after their pets, an additional cleaning fee may apply if yard is left excessively dirty. Cats are not allowed under any circumstances. - Pools are cleaned regularly on a weekly basis, occasionally heavy rains and strong winds will dirty the pools prior to guest arrival. An extra cleaning can be arranged for an additional cost to guests of $30. Also note that the pool cleaning does not include removing iguana mess from around the deck area. - BBQ Propane refills are to be handled by guests. Empty tanks are to be taken to the nearest provider and swapped for a full tank, receipts to be texted to management for a refund. - TV input & cables are to be left in the same way they were found, if a game console is used, please make sure all settings are set back to default prior to departure. - Guests are responsible for disposing of all their trash before their departure. It is also important that guests be vigilant of garbage pick-up days to avoid an accumulation of waste. Guests will be required to take out or bring in waste/recycle bins as needed according to schedule. City imposed trash violations are possible and will be charged back to guests. - Guests are allowed to have packages delivered during their stay but Maximum is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. - Baby play pen & highchair available for $10/night rental fee each, prior notice required for arranging delivery. - White binder named "Information Booklet" located in home provides Wi-Fi details and all other specifics regarding weekly services, such as pool cleanings, or landscaping. - Extensions will be processed at the original nightly rate. - We provide one set of toiletries per bathroom, the beds are dressed in fresh linens and blankets, fresh bath towels and pool towels, cosmetic towels for makeup removal, 1 paper towel, 1 full bottle of hand soap per sink, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 2 trash bags per bin, and a few dishwasher & laundry detergent pods. - Airbnb bookings do not require a security deposit. VRBO & Direct Maximum bookings additionally require a $1000 security deposit on the renters’ credit card which will be processed one (1) day prior to arrival. - VRBO & Direct Maximum bookings have a 5% credit card processing fee, 25% deposit required, and balance due 1 month prior to arrival. VRBO bookings require a picture of the C.C. to verify cardholders name matches booking name. The 5% credit card processing fee will apply to any portion paid if booking is cancelled. Cashiers checks are not accepted. - Maximum/VRBO bookings also require guest to sign our standard rental contract, a picture I.D., and a picture of the credit card (only showing name & last 4 numbers of the card).

Tortuga Festival
Property is a little dated but clean, spent most of our time near the pool and dock. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood about a twenty minute walk to the beach. Was perfect for our needs and we would definitely stay there again.

Trip for wedding
This was a very convenient location to Ft Lauderdale beach and the restaurants on Las Olas. We were here for wedding. Rental was very nice for our family.
We enjoyed the pool and the very walkable location.
Property manager Catherine was great to work with! Thank you Catherine. Highly recommend working with Maximum Properties if you are looking to book in Ft Lauderdale.

Great Home & Location
We’ve visited Florida several times but never stayed on the east coast until now . The property was easy to find and gaining access was easy thanks to great communication. House was a little dated but absolutely perfect and in the most amazing neighbourhood, it had everything we needed . Garden and pool area was just perfect . Situated close to the beach which was great and was close to some great restaurants and shops . We had an amazing visit and will definitely be booking again for next year . Wonderful place and a must for anyone to stay there .

Not checked before we occupied
The house house was not inspected prior to our arrival. The door knob to the outside from the screen porch fell off first turn, in the cabinet there were 2 glasses and 2 mugs. the silverware drawer was falling down and had to be adjusted to fit in. The samples of shampoo and conditioner were half used, and the frying pan was all greasy. The shade on the outside door was dry rotted and riped all on the bottom. The Handyman that was suppose to replace it never came because he was sick. Let me say, we were there a month!!! The recycled can was filled so that wasn't taken out to the curb before we got there and the grass wasn't cut. I would never rent that property again!!

It is most regretful that some items were overlooked prior to Darlene’s arrival and that her experience wasn’t an entirely positive one, but this review does not in fact accurately portray the experience that a guest would have when staying at this charming home or when dealing with Maximum. We were unfortunately not informed by housekeeping of the lack of sufficient glasses & mugs and there were also a couple of minor wear & tear items that needed addressing such as the loose doorknob & torn blind which were not reported. We are most disheartened by our interaction with Darlene and feel that it is important to mention that profanity has no place in a professional setting which requires a more levelheaded approach, especially when we are doing our best to appease our guest in every way we can. From the very beginning we did everything we could to rectify Darlene’s concerns. Housekeeping immediately returned and corrected the oversights. New glasses, mugs, and a cutting board were delivered that same day as we are just a text away to immediately address any guest request or concern. It is most unfortunate that communication with Darlene was not clear and concise during her stay, coordinating the blind replacement was impossible as we received no confirmation regarding best day & time. Trash pickup days are Weds & Fri and Darlene arrived on a Tuesday. Also, landscaping is scheduled for every 2 weeks. We ask for any potential future guests to please refer to our 5-star reviews.
