The house was clean and as advertised by the photos. Overall, met all our needs. The only drawback is that it backs onto some train tracks and multiple trains come through per day-though not in the middle of the night so our sleep was not substantially disturbed and the neighborhood was very quiet. We would stay again if it met our needs.

We loved the home so much, it’s near Fort Benning so there was no trouble at all. Very nice backyard and really clean.

The overall stay was really good. It does back up to railroad tracks. Thankfully not busy tracks, about every 6 hours or so a train came through. Otherwise very restful and good for getting to and from Ft. Benning.

House was clean and beds comfortable. Property is in a quiet neighborhood, however train tracks are right behind the backyard and a train came through each night passed midnight and other 2-3 times. After a 10 hour drive we didn’t get much rest followed by the next few days. House is fixed up but could use some additional repairs. The bathroom fans are hanging off the ceiling and a power plug was exposed in the back bedroom. Otherwise it was okay to spend some time with my two sons. We appreciate the extra blankets.

Only issue was that I had to reach out to the Property owner a few times because he wouldn’t respond to emails or send the code for the property. The property itself was nice, comfortable and clean

Cut home by many accomodations. Close enough to the base. Negatives;Matress and pillows were not any good leaving aches. A large vent took up the hallways, hard to step on. Made it difficult for us and my little one.We were not prepared for the train that would pass and honk its horn through the nigh to early morning waking those sleeping. With a little one, these items made it uncomfortable to stay much. We stayed else where all the days and only slept then left each day.

The house is very old and the floors are uneven and dangerous if any balance ir mobility issue. The front walk was broken and umeven. No handrailson steps. Train is edge of yard and comes through all hours of the night. There was food in back of trashcan and trash init. The corners of the rooms n qoodwork were filthy. The house smelled like a musty basement. Probably cause the floors are so bad. Mold in the shower. Very disappointed. The couch is very broken down and washer and dryer rusty with something in washer tub

The propwrty was an older home bit it was updated inside. And the neighborhood was quiet. It was perfect for our purposes.
