Kick off your shoes and get into the holiday spirit at 26 Hollyberry Lane. This just-renovated 3 bedroom and 2 bath home is located inside Sea Pines in the Greenwood Forest community and boasts a community pool and recreation facilities for your group of 10.

The spacious open layout with plenty of natural light is both cheery and calming. A fully equipped kitchen is perfect for brewing the morning coffee, packing a picnic lunch to enjoy at the beach, or preparing a gourmet feast for all. Be sure to bring the steaks, too, so you can enjoy grilling outdoors. Feel like curling up with a good book, or enjoying a family movie or game night? The living area is just right! The dining area and island with bar stools provides nice eating areas and outdoor dining can be enjoyed on the newly built deck.

Whether you are looking for a calm and relaxing vacation, or one filled with activities galore, you'll find it all on Hilton Head Island. Bring or rent bikes to explore the island, spend time on the links, at the community tennis court, enjoying watersports or cruises, daytrips, shopping and dining. * Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $17. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* The community pool at Greenwood Forest is open from April 15th through October 15th each year.

This is a nice enough house but in bad need of maintenance and freshening. In fact, the house has a fairly severe mold problem that was literally growing by the day. Also, the house is furnished with the bare minimum of amenities.

Great place to stay

The house was larger than expected with lots of open space around the kitchen, living area, and great room. We loved all of the nature behind the house with deer walking by everything was extremely clean and very nice. We used the beach cooler and beach chairs that came with the property, which was super convenient. we also enjoyed the speakers in the bathrooms and all of the extra beach towels.

Great Location, Super Clean

Great location in Sea Pines - centrally located to everything. Stayed for a golf weekend and the property was super clean and had everything we needed. Would absolutely book this property again - management group was great!

The house was beautiful, open concept. I read a review about the location being a negative. I think the location was perfect! You can bike anywhere. You could literally bike a few miles and get just about anywhere! Great beach access especially if you bike to the beach. House came with 6 beach chairs which was super nice! We absolutely loved it! You do have access to a community pool but it took me a few days to find the pool pass. I was only given a code which does not work. The pool requires a card. Other than that, stay was great!

We Love Hilton Head Island

The house suited us well. The kids took the bunk room, and adults enjoyed the two additional bedrooms.There was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. Beach access was terrific, and we appreciated the beach chairs and towels. We've been coming to HHI for over 40 years, & this experience did not disappoint. Three suggestions: a decent set of knives would have helped with food prep. The beds in the adult rooms could use an upgrade. Our dishwasher wasn't working properly, nor was the icemaker. Neither problem was resolved during our stay. Our online contact offered to bring ice (they did not) & said the dishwasher would be fixed (it was not). This was disappointing.

Lovely Home on one level

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect home for little one- no stairs. Our 10 month old Granddaughter took her first steps while on vacation. A few things I would recoomend is a bit more attention to the lanscape and over grown weeds. Its a first impression and one that has gotton overlooked. It rained several days and the sylight in master bouncing during the rain was very difficult to sleep thru. Not certain what one can do, but would keep us from renting long term for this reason. Matress and lines were lovely and very comforterable. I apperciate the rewly renovated showers however the glass door needs a stopper on from hitting on faucet head. Iwas afraid that it was going to crack the glass. Love the fact that chairs were included -

A Gem in the Greenwood Forest of Sea Pines!

What's not to love? This property was wonderful. We have stayed in Sea Pines four times and been delighted each time. Three of those times were in the Greenwood Forest neighborhood. This property is nestled in that neighborhood. It is a great location because it is really central to so much of Sea Pines. The property itself was top of the line. It was well-stocked and clean. I was impressed by the added details like labels throughout the kitchen to help place items back where they belong and all the top-end appliances that were available. The floor plan was open which added to the feeling of spending family time even if we were doing different activities. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed. I would also like to mention that the management company (host2coast) was amazing, as well; they were thoughtful with added touches and great with their communication. I was highly impressed with the property and would not hesitate to rent it again. My kids are already asking about returning to "our home" in Hilton Head. I wish it was our home! :-)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 26 Hollyberry over Thanksgiving. This house has been recently gutted and completely redone. We were the first people to stay in it and it did not disappoint! The owners did an awesome job on the renovations - they did not seems to cut any corner and lots of little touches made the house extra homey. We are a family of four with two teenagers. The house was perfect and we comfortably could've had more with us. The house is beautifully decorated which is always important to me in a rental but what really stood out was the kitchen and baths. The kitchen, besides being beautiful was very well stocked and we thoroughly enjoyed the Wolf Griddle - lots of pancakes and French toast! In the same way, it is hard to beat a brand new bath. Besides being pretty, there was ample space for us to store all of our toiletries. This was especially important for my two teens that had to share a bath. For the size of the house there is also a lot of seating areas and overall space. The only thing that stood out to us as not idea was that none of the rooms had ceiling fans (the master did have a stand alone fan on the dress though). This is not a deal break for me but my kids both mentioned it. It was our first experience working with host2coast and it was as positive as it could be. They were super helpful and responsive. They made sure the house had plenty of trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, toilet paper and so on. They even had a gift bag of snacks and a tote waiting for us. It's the little things :) Overall we had the best time, loved and house and would 100% stay at 26 Hollyberry and work with host2coast again.
