This gorgeous Fountain Hills home is the perfect place for a group, family, or coupleâs getaway! From the vast and breathtaking views of the Sonoran Desert to the artistic interior design of the home, when you leave youâll be wanting to come back again and experience all that this location has to offer. The home offers a primary king suite with a window nook and an attached double vanity bathroom, a queen sized Murphy bed in a lovely and cozy guest room, and another queen sized suite attached to the garage behind the home. Outside sits a quaint patio set for you to enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the desert birds sing!

The three bedrooms are complete with soft linens, closet space with extra blankets and pillows, and overhead lighting and a ceiling fan. The primary suite is located behind the living room area - it includes a private flat screen smart TV, a sunny window nook, king sized bed, and spacious drawers. Walk through the master bathroom to get to the walk-in closet where there is plenty of room to hang any of your traveling clothes.
The second bedroom possesses a queen sized Murphy bed, sizeable closet, and a sitting chair.
Lastly, the third bedroom is located behind the garage and contains a private flat screen smart TV, a queen sized bed, and a garment rack. This back of the house suite has itâs very own AC unit. The blue door at the back of the inside of the garage leads to bedroom 3. No key necessary for access once inside the home.

The two full bathrooms will have shampoo & conditioner, body wash, handwash, and towels. The gold accented master bathroom features a walk-in shower, a built in tub (jets are non-functional), a private toilet room, and a double sink vanity. The second bathroom is located between bedroom 2 and the garage that leads to bedroom 3. It has a shower/tub combo, toilet, and a single sink. Easily shared by the remaining guests!

You can rest assured youâll be able to start your day with a cup of coffee from the dual pot & pod Keurig and then start your happy hour with a nice glass of wine if desired!
The 6 person seating dining area invites everyone to enjoy a meal at home and spend quality time together.

As you enter the house through the front door you will be welcomed into the living room. This area is a great room to gather for a movie night around the candled fireplace and large flat screen smart TV. The furniture is cozy & will accommodate a group of 3 to 4 people comfortably. Off to the left is a study room with two relaxing chairs and bookshelves complete with reading books. Off to the right of the living room sits two lounge chairs facing the open windows that show off the Sonoran mountains.
The front patio contains a two person seating patio set.

The private backyard features a wide landscape of Arizona botanical plants, a 5 person seating patio table, a grill with counter space, and a newly bought spa.
