Les Secret Beach Villas sont en rĂ©alitĂ© trois villas de luxe identiques en front de mer, toutes dotĂ©es de 4 chambres, chacune avec sa propre piscine privĂ©e faisant partie d’un immeuble de trois villas; Vous pouvez louer une, deux ou les trois villas si vous avez un groupe plus important pouvant accueillir jusqu'Ă  30 personnes. Nous louons nos villas depuis 1997, nous avons tout ce dont vous avez besoin d'un gestionnaire de biens sur place, des extras tels que la climatisation centrale, le Wifi, les appels téléphoniques gratuits partout, la télévision par satellite américaine (plus de 80 chaßnes) Anglais, vous ne manquerez donc pas les prochains épisodes Survivor ou CSI. Vous auriez du mal à penser d'équipements que nous ne disposons pas dans les villas. Nous avons une vaste liste des excursions pour vous offrir ainsi que des cartes d'achat et de suggestions de restaurants locaux.

Contrairement à beaucoup de villas dans la région, nous sommes des propriétaires sur place qui gÚrent leur propre maison de vacances, nous sommes à seulement 300 mÚtres si vous avez besoin de nous.

Nous sommes devenus une intuition dans la rĂ©gion, l’un des premiers Ă  proposer des locations de villas en bord de mer il y a plus de 20 ans - 70% de nos clients sont des clients assidus.


Nous rendons vos vacances sans soucis: La premiÚre chose que chaque client dit à son arrivée, est que la Villa & Ocean est plus belle que ne le montrent les photos, avec le bord de l'océan à 30 pieds de la porte arriÚre. eau turquoise des Caraïbes. Nous meublé nos villas avec des meubles de salon réel tous importés d'Pottery Barn ou Macys. Dans nos villas nous voulons que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous.

Nous avons toutes les informations et l'assistance pour vous aider Ă  planifier vos vacances sans tracas. Nous avons des cartes tĂ©lĂ©chargeables Ă  Costco, Wal-Mart Ă  Playa del Carmen et Cancun et les hĂŽpitaux. Vous pouvez aller en ligne Ă  travers notre site et visionner des vidĂ©os d'activitĂ©s et rĂ©servez en ligne, y compris Golf Tee Times ou un voyage en catamaran Ă  Isla Mujeres, et de la pĂȘche et de plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e Ă  Puerto Morelos. Voici notre dßner de bienvenue nous offrons soir de l'arrivée alors vous pourrez vous détendre et prendre leurs marques sans avoir à aller à un restaurant pour manger. Un des nombreux dßners sur notre menu de service alimentaire de villas.

Chef de cuisine Miguel et privĂ©e Cours de cuisine: Chef Miguel viendra Ă  votre villa de vacances et de vous enseigner l'tenants et des aboutissants de certains des plats mayas populaire avec les mains sur la formation ... ĂȘtre prĂȘt Ă  participer Ă  la prĂ©paration de la nourriture comme Suez Chefs de Miguel ou prenez un tabouret avec une margarita ou une cerveza et juste regarder. Il est un amusement et un aprĂšs-midi festif prĂ©parer un dĂźner maya ainsi qu'un aperçu Ă  deux ingrĂ©dients mexicains / maya ainsi que des points de vue culturels ... l'aprĂšs-midi de pur paradis gourmand! Vous ne devez pas ĂȘtre un chef aguerri ... ou vous pourriez ĂȘtre ... mais de toute façon vous apprenez recettes que vous pouvez facilement faire Ă  la maison. AprĂšs la cuisson se fait asseoir Ă  un dĂźner mĂ©morable maya vous venez de prĂ©parer.

We could not have enjoyed our stay more. Liza and Miguel are top notch hosts. From the instructions for pre arrival, booking transportation from the airport, making sure I had a wheelchair at the airport when I arrived (it’s a very long walk) to the check in process, everything went smoothly. They couldn’t do enough for us. Miguel is a top notch chef. The food was so delicious, the staff incredibly friendly and everyone so friendly. Liza and Miguel did so many small kindnesses for us. I can’t stress enough how much we enjoyed our stay. The villa is incredible! Having your own pool, being able to just go into the ocean any time is awesome for prairie dwellers like us. The kids and adults had the time of their lives. There’s so much to do here but if you value privacy you have that too. It’s beautiful, it’s rejuvenating and relaxing. The little decorating touches are really well done and add so much to the atmosphere. I can’t recommend this villa enough.

Best vacation

We had such a great time and a lot of it had to do with our stay at the villa. Miguel was extremely nice, helpful and prepared delicious meals. We stayed at the Fish Villa and it was much more beautiful than it was in the photos. I’m hoping I can organize another stay at Playa Del Secreto. 5 stars all around.

Amazing home!

Miguel and Liza were incredible. We had Miguel’s dinners twice & everything was SO good. We booked the massage, and the airport shuttle transfer. The owners were so helpful with everything & payment at the end was very easy. Any questions were quickly answered. I felt like we were at a hotel! We had 6 people staying, with so much extra space. Close to town, and the airport. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay at the Secret Beach Villa

Had a fantastic stay at the Beach Villa. Liza and Miguel were fantastic hosts, very friendly and prompt with communication. They provided everything we needed for our family vacation including crib and pack and play for 2 babies. Miguel even cooked delicious meals for us (the lobster surf and turf was unreal!) and made a cake for a birthday! We already want to go back!

We had a fantastic stay. Miguel & Liza are very good at helping from start to finish; recommendations, feeding us
 a lot of food! The villa was stocked upon arrival with all of our groceries. Miguel was available right away if we had a question. He made our catch of the day and then some for one of our dinners. The service staff very friendly and hard working. They really took care of us! We will be back and recommend you find this gem with the ocean with private beach right in your back yard.

Perfect Location!

We had the most wonderful spring break experience at our stay in this lovely home. The location is fabulous...not too far from the airport, grocery store, restaurants, and local attractions but RIGHT on a fabulously secluded beach! Our main goal was to be away from crowded beaches and this villa delivered! It was just perfect for our family of 6.

Best vacation!!!!

We all loved Liza and Miguel’s place so much! They were excellent hosts- organized and the property was so clean. We had a great section of beach and our kids loved exploring the little tide pools a short walk away. It was so convenient for the kids to run out to the pool or beach whenever they wanted and to quickly get back inside when they needed a break from the sun. Adults loved the food and Miguel’s cooking class was a lot of fun! Would recommend going into Puerto Morelos for a day and also check out some ceynotes. We’d love to come back!

Amazing time

Thank you Miguel and team. We had an amazing time and the property was beautiful. Miguel cooked the best food, which was a huge treat. House was awesome, pool and beach remarkable. Amazing!

Couldn’t ask for a better location for our vacation. We had our 6 grandkids and between the pool and the beach, they had non stop fun. We had Chef Miguel cook dinner for us every night. The meals were delivered timely, hot and were delicious. Loved how the Villa’s were beautifully decorated with items appropriate to their name. We stayed in the Fish and Boat Villa’s. There was plenty of seating inside and out to spread out. Thank you Liza and Miguel for everything you did to make our vacation memorable.

My family and I stayed in the villas, we had all three, and had a wonderful time. Liza and Miguel have a very well run property. The furnishings, towels, sheets, beach lounges all very nice. We had two meals prepared, very tasty, generous portions something for everyone. The weather was great a little wind but enjoyable. The pickup service was great. Absolutely Wonderful!

Secret Beach Villas was simply awesome! The location is easy and convenient to the Cancun Airport and the property is safe and secure, just to get started! The beach is quite literally one of the best in all of Mexico. The sand is pristine, the water clean, and ocean safe to swim and play in. The villa is wonderful and worked very well for our group of seven. Do yourself a favor and use Miguel as your chef! His food is amazing and we looked forward to every meal! I don't know what will be more memorable over time, Miguel's cooking or the superb quality of the beach and ocean! Either way, both were fabulous and the Secret Beach Villas will definitely be at the top of our list for future vacations!

Loved it

I truly love the rustic feel to the home. Everyday we received house cleaning services, and restocked our toilet paper and towels daily; so my family and friends did not have to worry about anything. We arrived and Miguel quickly stocked the bar for us, he even provided a loaner cooler chest for our excursions. Miguel was always visible and available to help us enjoy our stay. We noticed the staff was always working , from cleaning the pools to the property. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel very safe staying there and welcomed. We truly enjoyed our stay and will plan on coming back again ❀

Paradise

My family stayed in the fish villa for a week. From the beginning of the trip to the end, our experience was amazing! Miguel and Liza were great hosts who were always available if we needed anything. The house was perfect! Nothing feels better than walking right out of a house, past the private pool, and walking straight onto the beach! The location is perfect, 30 minutes from Cancun and 30 minutes from Playa del Carmen. We really liked visiting Puerto Morelos, which was only a 15 minute drive. Honestly, all the beaches in Cancun and Playa del Carmen were packed. We appreciated our quite beach in front of the villa. The service was great. There were housekeepers who cleaned everything up daily. And a person who cleaned the beach and pool area. I highly recommend staying here!!!

Incredible Beaches

My family and I absolutely loved this property. We visited Cancun for a wedding. The wedding took place in an expensive resort, but a couple of siblings and I decided to stay at a quieter place without all the noise, I have a two-month-old son and thought it would be better for him. We fell in love with the property and especially the view we had to the sea! The property is beautiful and Liza and Miguel are absolutely incredible hosts. They were attentive to our needs and were more than helpful throughout the entirety of our planning and stay. The sea at the property is absolutely beautiful. We compared this beachfront with the expensive beachfront where the wedding took place and there is no comparison. The beach and the maintenance are truly how the picture shows. I cannot give a higher recommendation and I am looking forward to visiting again.

Best VRBO we’ve experienced!!

Hands down, best vacation VRBO ever!! Communications and coordination were personable, direct with owners, spot-on accurate, overly accommodating and full service high-quality from booking and transfers, to tours, excursions, groceries, dinners, cleaning services etc. The Villa is spectacular and set up for couples, families, friends, groups etc. Luxury treatment by local onsite care takers for all needs! We were treated better than family and every request was met and exceeded our expectations. The grocery and dinner service was out of this world and made the trip a unique success!! There is no comparison to the qualify of dinners prepared by the owner chef and his team! So good, cost effective and convenient!! We traveled with 3 couples and 3 single adults. The 9 of us were very comfortable and enjoyed all the amenities. Having private pool, beautiful ocean front steps away, all the beach chairs, beds, tables

nice place for a group or family

we were looking for a place for our family to enjoy without having to venture into mexico nightlife or mix into college crowd type cancun so this was perfect. the house was nice, Anna , Miguels assistant was so sweet, Miguel was very attentive & kind. Liza does all the preplanning so unfortunately we could not meet in person, but most everything is done by email before hand. Very detailed. I will say so much so that it is a bit confusing. (and I am I detail fanatic!) but appreciate it all the same. word of advice: do use the links to book extras ahead yourself, I did not realize I was supposed to do that, I thought I had read they would do that, and I sort of felt like I was really bothering them constantly. Massages are NOT on the beach like in the photo, but they were nice . Not alot of beach, alot of seaweed, but absolutely beautiful! Clean, beach house vibe, pool is cleaned at night and morning. wonderful people

It was all that we'd hoped for.

My extended family has had a reunion in Mexico every winter for a long time, and we've rented several different houses over the years. This one really is as advertised ( that's not to be taken for granted)! Everything was clean, orderly, and maintained (and the daily cleaners were very non-intrusive, which we appreciated). We arrived to the groceries we ordered and a really terrific prepared meal (empanadas, sides, margaritas) and that level of service lasted our entire stay. When little things did go wrong (broken chair, TV trouble), someone was there to fix it right away. And the property itself is fantastic! We've stayed in bigger houses but none was better at accomodating our large group comfortably for meals and just happily hanging out. The pool was cleaned every day and the beach was the best yet--just soft, white sand, perfect for even our toddler to roll in the waves. I also really appreciated how every request we made (recommendations for excursions, transport to and from airport, etc.) was handled quickly and smoothly. This one really is a winner.

Hello let me introduce ourselves. My name is Liza and my husband is Miguel, and we are the owners of the Secret Beach Villas since 1997.
We got in to the Villa Rental Business quite by accident. We had traveled to Playa del Carmen on a few occasions for vacations. One trip while doing some exploring we decided to check out a road we saw off the main highway. To make a long story short, we found Playa del Secreto, fell in love with it, we bought a villa and decided to rent out when we weren’t using it.
We moved from the cold of Metro Detroit in 1999 to live full-time in the warmth of the tropics.
Miguel is a professional Chef and cooks for our guest if requested. He has several years of management experience with Club Med - he speaks French, English, Spanish and Italian. Miguel is a Mexican native whom lived in the States for years, he is a real people person (which sorry to say I am not, I’m the computer Geek.) He enjoys fishing and is a real Foodie, we take a lot of Culinary vacations. take a look at our Homeaway reviews and you can read his Passion for food
I owned an Engineering Consulting company in Metro Detroit that specialized in the statically analysis of automotive Camshafts and Crankshafts for the big 3. I traveled all over the world crunching numbers for the big 3 auto companies. Check out my Blog “Getting it Done” in the Mayan Riviera
