We had very great 4 day stay at your lovely lake. Very clean and a well supplied kitchen. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.

What we needed

We had just moved and were all exhausted and enjoyed the peace and quiet! We had nice weather and loved the porch! There was plenty of room for all of us and the Zugers were so accommodating! They know how to make you feel at home. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Family fishing trip

We really enjoyed our stay at big Stone! The house and property was exactly what was advertised. Plenty of room for four grown adult adults. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We spent a lot of time outside either sitting on the back porch or down by the lake fishing. It is about 20 minutes to Ortonville, but that wasn’t a problem with for us. The communication was outstanding. If you want a peaceful, well appointed property 
 I highly recommend this house.

Fishing trip at Big Stone

Everything was perfect for our type of fishing vacation. We had everything we needed and the property was excellent. Fully equipped and very comfortable.

House was very nice. Things in house hard to find. Electric stove not the best had to get down on hands and knees to find things in back of cupboards ran out of dish soap. Advertised docks for boats they were not in.

Nice Place!

We had a good time! Inside of home was VERY clean, beds were comfortable, view of the lake was wonderful and the A/C kept us comfortable on hot days. Owner was great to work with before and during the stay. We did feel the photo of the grassy landscape incline from the lake was a bit misleading. No photo of the steps built into the hillside - they don’t feel super secure. We had a 78 yr old in the group and the walk up from the lake was tough. Heck, it was a bit tough on all the adults! Lol

Quiet and relaxing

Large indoor and outdoor space that allows you to relax or play as you wish. Comfortable, clean home with TVs in each bedroom plus a large one in the huge living room. Loved the collection of books and games offered. So glad it had a dock and was near a free boat launch, but do be aware that the dock is down a steep hill and could be difficult for some to get to. Pro tip: Bring drinking water!

Great family getaway

Overall, great property at a great rate. It was very clean and organized. There is a boat lift right at the dock which is extremely convenient for extended stays. The beds were comfortable. Perfect family getaway, stacked with things do to rain or shine.

Great summer vacation spot

Our stay was everything we expected! Large garage was an added plus you don’t get other places. Owner was awesome and very responsive! House was very roomy, clean and nicely decorate! Drop off to the lake was a surprise but it really did not change much. We had 2 boats docked each night. The neighbors are awesome.

The house is in a great location less than 2 miles from public access. Property managers are great people, they respond back quickly with any questions you have. Would stay here again! See you soon.
