Welcome to The Mulberry House created by Big Stone Development. Located off the south shore of Big Stone Lake, two blocks from Artie's Bait Shop and downtown Ortonville. This property is the ideal location for all visitors. Ample parking for ice houses, boats, etc. 3br with 1 1/2 bath, newly renovated, all new furnishings, appliances, mattresses, and linens. Large stocked kitchen including Green Pan cookware. 4 Queen and 1 Full bed. High speed wireless internet. EV charger coming soon.

What a wonderful place! My family stayed here over the fourth, and it was perfect for us. The only bad thing is there’s not much of a yard for little kids to play, but there’s a park right down the road! If you’re a bigger person the shower is a little tiny so it’ll be a tight fit. The beds are to die for. Everyone on the trip said it! Any issues we had (hardly any) were taken care of right away. Aaron is great! The loft area upstairs with the beds is so great for all the kids. Everything inside is so nice and new, it’s just the best. Bottom line, book it! We hope to be back next year!

This property was perfect for our needs. The place was clean, but didn't reek of chemical cleaners when we arrived, yay! We had two families meeting up to spend time together. The kids had ample space upstairs for playing and sleeping. The adult couples each had their own rooms. There was a card table and chairs to set up in addition to the kitchen table which gave enough seats for all the kids. It had all the amenities we needed and more, including a pack-n-play, a grill, a griddle, and a crockpot.Ortonville was a nice town with many fishing spots nearby. We enjoyed Big Stone Lake State Park and Big Stone National Wildlife Refuge. There's a great biking trail just behind the house too. We would definitely return to the area and house in the future. Great, responsive hosts!

This home was amazing for our needs!Everything was well cared for, well stocked, and clean throughout.The location was perfect for us (and right next to food trucks!). The parking in the back was perfect for 2 cars and a trailer - more than enough room and then some.Beds were super comfy and bedding clean.We were incredibly pleased with this house and will look to use again in the future.

Cute and Comfortable

Cute clean and modern house with impressive attention to all the things that make guests comfortable. We loved the comfy beds as well as the bench and cubbies by the door. Definitely would book again next time we’re in the area.

Golfing Trip

Located between two golf courses, the owners have done such a beautiful job on the renovation!!! Between rounds, although it was a short period of time we were in the house, we were able to relax and enjoy the full space. Seven of us slept comfortably and we will definitely keep your rental in mind the next time we are in the area. Thank you so much for the accommodations!

The best VRBO experiance to date

We were treated tike a good friend by our host. Even assisted with a forgotten purse at the VFW. On a Sunday i may add. Th facility was better than expected! Great location, Great parking beds awesome. Cant say enough We all had the very best time Already looking in to booking for this winter and again next fall. 100% WILL RECOMIND TO EVERYONE!!!

Best VRBO host ever!!! Men's ice fishing trip during tough weather. Checked in with us, even gave us tips and tackle to try as well as his GPS that had his favorite hot spots. Even though we didn't catch a lot of fish we had a fish fry as he gave us some that he had caught. Will definitely be back!
