Park offers multiple water views and all the comforts of beach living. The front deck facing the ocean is a great place to catch some rays while lounging on the comfortable deck furniture. In the back, a screened porch overlooks the Serenity Point pond. From the porch, head to the ground level to find an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand from the beach. Serenity Point offers its guests a swimming pool and private beach access. The kids will enjoy the proximity to the Patio Playground for miniature golf and arcade games.

The first-level living room is filled with bright colors and offers a sofa bed plus access to the front deck and screened porch. The dining room has a table for family meals, and additional seating at the bar looks into the kitchen. The crisp white kitchen offers guests everything you'll need to cook great island meals, including a refrigerator, built-in microwave, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. Nearby is a stacked washer/dryer.

The primary suite has views of the ocean directly across the street. It is filled with windows, and the sun pours into the room in the afternoon. Enjoy the privacy of the en suite primary bathroom.

The fireplace is not operational.
The shared pool is typically open from May through September 30th.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
