Third row with a 2 minute walk to public access. No public parking so beach is pretty private. No house second or fourth row. Very private and surrounded by oaks. You'll think you're living in a treehouse. Recently remodeled and decorated. Rental is one of two units (duplex). The other unit is not a vacation rental.

Our host was wonderfully welcoming. The home is immaculate and bathrooms are spa like. The bed is very comfortable and there is storage space throughout. The kitchen had all we needed to cook and share Christmas dinner with relatives. There are games and books to occupy those times when not enjoying the beauty of Topsail Island. The setting is peaceful with a very short walk to the beautiful and dog friendly beach. We highly recommend this home.

The place was incredibly quiet, in the middle of the woods, with a large deck half shaded by the trees (like being in a treehouse). The home was spacious, with all the amenities I could want, and yet only a one minute walk from the door to the beach access. The beach there was private and clean. My husband enjoyed bike riding while I enjoyed the water with my pups.

VRBO Review This was our third rental on Topsail Island and is by far my favorite. Set just off the main road and surrounded by trees, it was so quiet and peaceful and absolutely perfect for us and our dog. I immediately felt right at home. The unit was very comfortable and simply but beautifully decorated. I especially loved the artwork, light fixtures, and the natural light from those amazing windows in the living room. The two full baths were spacious and had a great amount of storage. The beach access was just across the street, literally a two-minute walk from the house to the sand. The one thing I missed was a ceiling fan in the bedroom, but when we messaged Jeff, he quickly and graciously provided us with a small fan to use during our stay. And speaking of Jeff, we could not have asked for a better host. He was very friendly, had great recommendations for dining and entertainment, and responded quickly to any communication. I can’t wait to come back and hope to make this our vacation home for years to come.

Quiet and Relaxing

Great quiet section of the beach, super quick walk for third row. Beautifully renovated and nicely decorated. Super clean, plenty of nice towels, comfy beds. A/C worked great. Nice outdoor shower and indoor conditioned basement area to drop all your beach stuff. The only improvement would be some hooks in the basement to hang up towels and swim suits. One of the best beach houses we've rented.

Perfect beach getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The host was friendly and communicated well, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Beach access was easy and led to stunning views in a peaceful, quiet setting—it often felt like we had the beach all to ourselves.The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from fresh sheets and bath towels to shampoo and body wash in the showers. The added bonus of beach chairs and an umbrella made packing for our weeklong trip so much easier.The natural light throughout the home was just gorgeous. My daughter summed it up perfectly: “It’s like staying in a treehouse.” I especially loved the skylights in both bathrooms. The washer and dryer in the basement were a huge convenience, and that space also served as the perfect spot for our dogs to relax while we were out.We truly felt at home here and hope to return again in the future!

Excellent place to stay! Very clean and just a short walk to the beach yet nestled in a quiet wooded area. The outdoor shower and downstairs entrance is a nice way to clean off before going into the main part of the house. Overall we highly recommend it.

Private hideaway

We stayed here for a long Easter weekend. The house is tucked away, hidden among the trees, making for a quiet little retreat. But it still offers easy access to the beach.The property itself is clean and comfortable, with a modern, updated interior. There is plenty of space for a couple or a family of 4. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

I have stayed here many times before and it is always a good time. Nice house with an easy walk to the beach and just a short drive to shopping and eating. Highly recommended.

Great location tucked away off the road, surrounded by trees and plantings yet steps to beach access either left or right down the sidewalk. Jeff was a great host providing everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would def stay again (hopefully next time for more nights)!

Wonderful spot to enjoy all Topsail has to offer!

Our family of 4 and dogs had a phenomenal week in this modern 2-BR duplex in Topsail. The beach access point 01A was a 5 minute walk and handicap accessible so we could roll our wagon easily up to the beach. The place came outfitted with beach chairs and a sturdy but light umbrella as well as pots and pans and a grill to make meals at home. For first timers to Topsail with kids make sure to visit the Scoops for ice cream, Patio Playground for the mini golf and arcade, Ecological Marine Adventures Aquarium, Quarter Moon Books, and Sears Landing for a special dinner. Can’t wait to come back!

I recommend staying here!

The house was beautiful and clean and fit our needs of having our own space (myself and my daughters) while visiting family for a short trip. I did get confused trying to find the property in the dark. (There are 2 driveways on the street and I took the wrong one at first
) The host was super helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful place

We were amazed with the property. Contacted the host about a situation and the host quickly responded. Such a quick walk to the beach and the beach was not crowded at all! We will definitely be back and increase our stay.

Perfect Place to Stay

This was the perfect place to stay on Topsail Island! It was clean, comfortable, and super close to the beach. It's tucked away in the trees so it's private and yet still close to everything. It feels like a treehouse! We will definitely come back to stay!

Great house, great location, bad water

We loved this house! Spacious, two nice bathrooms, lots of space, outdoor shower, king size bed in the master bedroom, and full size washer and dryer on the ground floor. The worst thing was the water tasted and smelled like sulfur. It was so bad that we had to get gallons and gallons of drinking water to drink and prep our food with. It would have been nice to know the water was bad before we arrived so we could have brought water from the beginning, but it’s not enough to keep us from coming back.
