Oceanfront 2 BR / 2BA dans Belle Sea Village.

Superbes vues sur l'océan depuis la véranda, les sons du surf sur les rochers, et l'esprit d'Aloha vous accueille dans notre maison à Hawaii.

Le Sea Village est un magnifique complexe en bord de mer avec des jardins bien entretenus, une piscine, un bain à remous, des barbecues à gaz, un parking et l'accès à la plongée avec tuba et à la plongée sous-marine. Alors que notre condo et notre véranda ont toujours été "non-fumeurs", l'ensemble de la propriété Sea Village est un complexe non-fumeur à partir de septembre 2018.

Le condo comprend une cuisine complète, laveuse et sécheuse, TV, magnétoscope, lecteur DVD, et stéréo / CD. Ouvrez votre porte lanai et profitez de la brise de l'océan. La ville de Kailua (magasins, restaurants) est à quelques pas, tout comme les plages et le marché Ali'i Garden.

Nous nous conformons à toutes les règles d'Hawaii en matière d'impôts et de location de logements temporaires. Le numéro d’identification d’enregistrement à Hawaii W53666141-01 a été mis à jour en GE-053-524-4800 et TA-053-524-4800 à compter de décembre 2016. Notre demande de zone V conforme au STVR a été acceptée par le ministère de la Planification le 22 août 2019 - nous attendons le numéro d'enregistrement final du STVR.

It was a wonderful and relaxing stay! The condo was clean, air conditioned, and it is in a very central location. The covered deck had a beautiful view of the ocean where we could watch surfers, see dolphins and watch the waves. The owners were very accommodating and was quick to answer emails. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and place!

Loved all the food recommendations in the binder, they were spot on, location was great and enjoyed walking into town. Place was super clean, we loved spending time on the lani and enjoyed the beach and snorkel gear. Highly recommend staying here!

Great stay!

We loved this condo! The lanai was perfect and so relaxing, we even got to watch the 4th of July fireworks from there! Everything we needed in the kitchen including a blender! Bathrooms were clean and towels were so soft! Beds were so comfortable and welcoming after long travel. Full beach gear including boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and snorkel gear! Books and puzzles as well as DVDs and guide books to use. Jon was very easy to communicate with and we loved our stay. The property was quiet and the pool was perfect! We're hoping next time we can come to big island we can stay here again!

Short but sweet stay in Kona, HI

My girlfriend and I spent 4 nights at this property. It was clean, comfortable and the view out the balcony (er, lanai) of the cove was exceptional. Some fine details - the hosts provide just everything you might need - beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, etc. Definitely one of my better VRBO stays.

Great Location

What a beautiful property and central location to Kona and the Big Island. The owners completely set up their unit with everything to make your stay relaxing and accommodating, everything was well organized, clean and available for your use, a real gem and gorgeous view of the bay.

We enjoyed our stay and the location can't be beat! It was a warm week so we were so thankful for the ACs in the living room and bedrooms. Kitchen had all the things we needed. Balcony had a lovely view.

Nice condo

Good location close to the main attractions in Kona but far enough away to be quiet. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Parking is easy and the sunset views from the lanai are great.
