Cozy, yet boasting all of the comforts of home, this Fraser escape will be just the place to kick back and relax after a long day on the slopes or exploring the wilderness! Enjoy a prime location right in the heart of Fraser and only six and a half miles from Winter Park Resort. This retreat is also located 100 feet from the free bus stop that will take you to the base of the ski mountain in the blink of an eye.
Step out to the deck where you can easily indulge in sipping a morning coffee or evening glass of wine as the sun sets and the wildlife, including foxes, scurry in the open field behind the home. Plus, you won't have to eat out each night with all of the appliances and utensils needed in the full kitchen. The living room invites you to unwind and kick back with comfortable sofas and a smart TV with streaming and cable.
When it comes to sleeping arrangements, the first floor of the home features one private bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are located on the third level, and the primary bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and a private balcony.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
