Nestled between Winter Park and Fraser. Our luxurious and spacious, newly constructed condo is perched on the top floor with stunning views in all directions. This enviable space includes open vaulted ceilings, natural alder wood cabinets and trim, custom slab granite counters, beautiful solid slab wood dining table and nice art. Spacious 1 car garage with plenty of space to include your toys: bikes, skis, fishing equipment, etc... Don't worry about clearing snow off your car! Additional parking is also available.

There is plenty of room to relax with 3 bedrooms, and 3 baths that comfortably sleeps 7. There is a king in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest room, and a queen bed with a twin bed in the upstairs bedroom. All of the amenities you would desire. Large 4K television with audiophile stereo system and tower speakers. Weber gas grill attached to natural gas service, no worry that the tank will run out.

Two outdoor patios with views to relax, have a nice meal, take in the sun, watch the sunset, and stargaze. Exquisite view of Byers peak to the west as well as a peek of Winter Park Resort to the South. Peaceful and quiet. Breathtaking sunsets.

Easy access to biking, hiking, fishing and exploring in the summer and close to downhill skiing, Nordic skiing, tubing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling in the winter. Close to bus stop. Short walk or bike ride to Vicious Cycle Brewing Company with rotating food truck grub, Rocky Mountain Roastery coffee shop, restaurants, recreation center, movie theater, bowling, liquor store, shopping and Safeway grocery store. A convenient 2 miles to downtown Winter Park and 5 miles to Winter Park resort.

Our family enjoyed our stay here! The house was perfect for our family of 6 with plenty of room and amenities. Having the grill and stocked kitchen to cook was AMAZING! The hosts were so gracious and easy to work with.

Glad to hear you had plenty of space! The natural gas piped to the grill ensures that you never have to worry about the tank going empty. We try to keep a variety of spices on hand for home cooking.

We would normally have given this rental 4 or even 5 stars. It’s conveniently located, reasonably well appointed, and has fantastic views. Unfortunately, a few maintenance issues during our stay made the experience less comfortable than it should have been.The refrigerator had a compressor problem that periodically produced a very loud whirring noise, which could only be stopped by pulling it out and resetting it. The owners were aware of the issue and had planned to replace it during our stay, but scheduling prevented that from happening. The clothes dryer also stopped working, and despite an attempt to clear lint from the machine, we ultimately had to air-dry our clothes.To their credit, the owners were apologetic and left a bottle of wine along with a 100 refund as gestures of goodwill, which we appreciated. We also found the unit quite warm at night and had to turn off the heat and sleep with the windows open, likely due to heat rising from the units below.I rarely leave reviews, but I try to be fair when I do. This is a nice property in a great location, and with a few maintenance issues addressed it could easily provide a much better experience.

Perfect Family Winter Vacation

This condo was beautiful and great location! Very well equipped with things you might need. Lots of space for 6 adults and 2 children. It was really great to have access to the garage to park one vehicle and then another in front of the garage!

This is a wonderful property. Comfortable for 7-8 people with all the amenities you could ask for. Comfortable beds and amazing view to the west. High end everything! Amazing kitchen.

Amazing place

We've stayed in several VRBO rentals and this was the best place we've stayed. The pictures don't do it justice. The layout was perfect, kitchen was a perfect size. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Best of all, the views from the decks were incredible. The owners and the condo get a score of 10 out of 10!!! Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful Views

Very nice property, beautiful view. Owners were responsive and took care of one issue quickly. You do have to take a couple flights of stairs, but well worth it for the amazing views and condo has multiple patios with a gas grill. The garage was great considering all the snow we got.

Exceeded our expectations

We will be back! This home had so many amazing features, an incredible view, and everything you need for a trip away! Everything from the sound system, the kitchen table, to the furniture was high end and made this feel like a luxury vacation home. The owner was so easy to work with! This home is in an incredible location with a grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants all within a 5 minute drive. We really enjoyed our stay!

Family Spring Break Getaway

This condo was an absolute treat! A beautiful, new property with gorgeous views and all the amenities that you could ever need. It was the perfect size for our family of 5 (with three teenagers). The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. Kids and hubby appreciated the big TV and sound quality. Best laundry we have had in a Vrbo. Having a garage was an awesome bonus! Thanks for a great stay!

Winter wonderland

We had an extended stay and had a wonderful time! The Condo exceeded our expectations. It is an end unit with beautiful unobstructed views of the mountains, it had all the amenities listed including a heated garage that was very appreciated. Close to Nordic and alpine skiing. There is a great rec center with gym and pool 1 mile away. Kaila responded promptly to our questions and was very helpful. If we have the opportunity we would love to stay again

Fantastic views!

Wonderful property with lots of space and beautifully appointed. The kitchen is very well supplied, even including a coffee grinder and a salad spinner, unusual even in luxurious VRBOs in our experience. The stunning views from three sides include Byers Peak and James Peak. The only downside is the train tracks which run near the property and take some getting used to. From one of the decks, we watched an osprey land and take off from the tall pine less than 20 feet away. We would happily return to this property.

Great stay!

The property was nice and accommodating for our friends/family and had plenty of room. We could tell it had been renovated. The kitchen had everything we needed and the rooms were really nice. It has a great view of the mountains! The only complaint was the Queen bed in spare bedroom on bottom floor is very uncomfortable. You sink in the middle and mattress is very hard. The others seemed fine. The train is very loud and woke us up a few times, but that’s just the location. We would rent here again.

Nice rental

My family stayed in this rental for a week while visiting Winter Park and the surrounding area. The rental was great for our family of 4 adults. The property was clean and spacious and the property owner was great with communication. The closest grocery store was just down the street. I appreciated all the little extras that came with the property including band aids, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, paper towels and plenty of toilet paper! This the first time I did not have to buy toilet paper during a rental. The owners really have tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The only issue we had was that train that runs by the house is loud and it is heavily used...at all hours. We back up to a train track at home and it is no where near that loud. We rented in July and the property has no air conditioning so it was necessary to have the windows open at night and the noise was considerable. All windows shut, the noise was reasonable. I would probably not rent this unit again in the summer months.

Good Location with Nice View

Property in good location with nice view. Unit was comfortable and spacious. Having a garage is also a plus. Easy check in/out process. Upon our arrival we found ceiling fan and television remotes did not work due to corroded batteries. We purchased replacements and owner reimbursed us. Had a wonderful stay and look forward to hopefully returning. Perfect winter getaway!

What a fantastic condo. The rental was beautiful, the location was perfect, and the views were amazing. The rental was well equipped with everything you might need/want. Having access to the garage was fantastic - especially on a cold snowy night. Would definitely recommend and will rent again!

We love Winter Park! We met on closing day skiing at Mary Jane. We love the outdoors and the mountains. You can find us skiing at Winter Park and Mary Jane, or hiking and biking on the numerous trails around Grand County. Our teenage son likes to join us on the adventures as well. We spend as much time as we can in Grand County!
