The nearest beach is Folly Field Beach with features rest rooms and a shower for getting the sand off.

The island contains many world class golf courses as well as countless local seafood restaurants, bike rentals to enjoy over 150 miles of biking trails. Many things are happening on the island at any given point of the year. There are lots of fireworks and other family-oriented events that occur during the summer months.



There are 50 miles of bike trails on Hilton Head Island. Bike rentals and bike riding is very popular. There is a trolley that runs on the island during the summer and The Breeze bus public transportation stops in the neighborhood in addition to traveling by car.

Other Things to Note:

No parking fees at Fiddler's Cove. Any additional fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking, or the reservation will be canceled.



To maintain the high standards of this quiet residential community, please note that the minimum rental age is 25. A valid ID and credit card are required upon check-in. This is a strictly non-smoking and pet-free property to ensure the comfort of all guests; violations will result in $500 professional restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

While we provide a comprehensive starter set of kitchenware—including plates, bowls, and cookware—guests should bring their own cooking basics such as oils and spices. Please be advised that the resort does not have an on-site gym. Our team at Oceanside Properties is available 24/7 to assist with any needs during your stay.
