This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips, medical professionals, and college visits. It is centrally located in the historic district of York Chester for travel to nearby activities as well as Charlotte without being in the big city.

It’s a three minute drive to the FUSE District (Franklin Urban Sports and Entertainment) and is South of Downtown Gastonia.



The Space:

The property is located in a residential neighborhood. It includes a main house and a studio apartment (2nd floor of a detached garage) which are both available separately in listings.

>>Main house:

3 dreamy bedrooms on the 2nd floor with a queen sized bed and wall mounted television in each.

3 full bathrooms on the 2nd floor and one on the main floor.

Rest in comfort in the 1st floor living room, spacious enough for 2 sofas with double sized pull-out beds and a wall mounted television.

Home cooked meals can be prepared in the well-stocked kitchen and served in the dining room (8 seat capacity).

A bonus room sports a convertible pool table for billiards, ping pong or dining.

Washer and dryer are available for use in the laundry room.

Relax on the patio in the backyard.

Eye traffic from front porch rockers.

Deck stairs lead to 2nd floor patio and entrance to studio.

Chic studio has a queen bed, full bathroom, convertible sofa/bed (queen), wall mounted television, dining table (max 4) and well-stocked kitchenette. This apartment is most comfortable for 1-2 people but can be crowded with maximum of 4 in a pinch.



*Note: Carport and driveway limit vehicles to max of 7’3” L x 7’3”W. Parking is in backyard. No parking on main street in front. Traffic noise can be heard.



Guest Access:

Main house:

Guest access is permitted to the entire house, patio and porch, except for the basement which is locked with supplies.

Studio apartment:

Guest access is permitted to the entire 2nd floor studio and deck. Access is not permitted for the 1st floor of the garage which is locked with supplies.

Getting Around:

Important: Vehicle clearance is a maximum height and width of 7ft 3inches due to the carport and narrow driveway that lead to parking in the backyard. There is no street parking in front of the house. The front faces a main road.

Main house allows for 2 parking spaces

Studio allows for 1 parking space.

All items inside and outside of stay are subject to change, removal and / or replacement (due to wear and tear or breakage) upon discretion of host. These changes will not constitute inaccuracies or qualify guests for refunds.



Unregistered guests and / or animals will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.



For security purposes, exterior security cameras are installed at the property. These cameras monitor only the exterior of the property and are active 24/7.



No cameras are installed inside the rental's private living spaces or in the interior of the property.
