We had a great time and really enjoyed the condo and the location. The condo had everything that we needed for our stay. Good family friendly area. The host was excellent to work with and hope we get the opportunity to stay there again!

Must stay get away!

We made it there earlier than expected & I called Jamie & she was extremely friendly & helpful. I really appreciated the 24/7 security. The accommodations were beautiful & the bedding smelled so good & everything was clean. A big thank you to Jamie for everything. I would most definitely stay there again!

Pictures don’t do justice to this property. Comfy, beautifully updated, and cool AC even during a heat wave. The huge balcony is also very private. Primary suite is as comfy as home. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need, even containers for cut veggies and leftovers, and pitchers for tea. Secondary suites are situated for privacy and spacious, as well. Even on a fairly busy week, we never waited long for an elevator. We will definitely try to book this charmer for our next stay.

Wonderfully relaxing!

Location is a short drive to everything. The place itself is well appointed and well stocked. It is comfortable and welcoming. So easily could accommodate a large family or even 3 couples who need some space. The balcony is perfect for coffee at sunrise or a glass of wine at sunset. The access to the beach can’t be beat! While the pool is smaller than some other places, it was adequate for the crowd that gathered.

Glamorous Penthouse

The 3 br 3 ba penthouse was beautifully decorated and had 3 comfortable king beds. The elevator provided easy access to a lovely communal deck for access to the beach and pool. We didn’t intend to swim but the pool seems to be a weak point, small and in need of a decorative update.

This is a very clean property, with tons of space and very well kept. We enjoyed our stay here today immensely. The owner is easy to work with. This is THE place to stay!!!

This place is awesome!!! There are 2 bedrooms with an ocean view. And a third bedroom out of the way. All three bedrooms has its own bathroom. This is the penthouse place and it lives up to that! You can see for what feels like forever. There is a lifeguard right outside the condo everyday. The pool area is awesome. The location is memorable. This is an all around fantastic place to vacation. I can’t wait to come back!!!!

Much Needed Vacation!

This is place is beautiful, pictures don't do it justice. The balcony was big and beautiful and it was such a joy to sit on it and relax and listen to the waves. Stayed there from 6 nights 7 days. The only thing I wish i would've know is the extra parking. On Wednesday of my stay I came out to my car almost being towed. Didn't realize there should've been a line in the grass that you had to park on the other side of fully or your car would get towed. So had to pay fine and pay towing even though it didn't get towed, $175 later, but better than $300 from what I was told. My bumper was slightly over this imaginary line. Other than that it was a great stay! Just watch the parking!

Great place!

This was a beautiful space. More spacious than I was expecting. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances. The door for entering the place is difficult to get shut but locking it did just fine. Gorgeous views. Had a little issue with checking in but it was quickly resolved with a call to the owner. It seemed to have been just a miscommunication between the owner and housekeeping. Parking was atrocious however. The building should rethink it's parking lot. If possible a small parking deck would help. One parking pass for a 3 bedroom place is slightly ridiculous and the parking lot is not made for bigger vehicles. The pool and deck area were unusable due the hurricane that recently went through,which is understandable, however it was not communicated to us before hand. I would definitely stay here again when taking only 1 car is an option for us.

Great Stay

The penthouse was amazing. Very spacious and the views were incredible. The neighborhood was very friendly and close to many attractions. We did build up the courage to do the helicopter tour. The views of the moon on the ocean at night was breathe taking. I mean just feet away from the beach. Would definitely recommend this penthouse and we will be returning very soon.....

Where was the property manager/owner?

The check in instructions were not complete. Upon arrival, you are supposed to call owner with intercom outside the building because the doors are locked to the lobby. Could not reach owner. Thank goodness I was able to get into the building because somebody was leaving. Then I take the elevator to the Penthouse floor and discover there are 4 Penthouse condos. I had NO IDEA which one I rented. It was nowhere on the check in instructions so I have to go door to door to find out which one had the key under the doormat. I tried to contact the owner several times during our stay. Left messages and NEVER got a return call. The parking for this building is horrible. We rented a 3 bedroom condo and you only get 1 parking space?? For that reason alone, I would not consider staying here again.

Family reunion and get away.

The condo was well laid out, well appointed and beautifully decorated. We loved being right on the beach with the sunrise waking us up! The kids had a great time in the pool and while playing in the surf found many live star fish of all sizes - a great memory.

What a great stay!

My two girlfriends and I staying in this penthouse for 5 nights. The accommodations were excellent. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom and there is a nice laundry room. The bedrooms are very separate from each other and the overall condo is very roomy. We really enjoyed the spacious, private oceanfront balcony that had an outdoor sofa and cushioned chairs. The kitchen was well stocked and the unit is clean and nicely decorated. The building is very secure. What a great getaway!
