To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we’ve stocked the condo with everything you may need so you don’t have to pack the extras:

Paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, paper plates, plastic baggies - assorted sizes

Coffee Bar:

40 K-cup flavors, several sugar choices, assorted tea packs, honey sticks, creamer packs, filters, disposable cups

Laundry & Cleaning:

Laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, spray-n-wash, color guard sheets

Dish detergent, dish pods, trash bags

General cleaning items
Personal Care Items:

Q-tips, cotton balls and pads, makeup wipes, hair bands, bobby pins

Linens & Towels:

Bed linens

Towels (2 per person: bath, hand, washcloth)

Extra pillows, blankets, makeup towels, and hair towels

Bedding for the sofa bed (located under the bed in the bedroom)

Resort Amenities

Important Guidelines & Policies
No Daily Housekeeping

Not Suitable for Children: Ideal for adult relaxation

Parking: One parking pass per reservation. Please plan accordingly. The garage has a clearance of 6’7” (6’9” at ramps).

Motorcycles Allowed: No golf carts or trailers in the garage area

No Pets/Animals Allowed

Non-Smoking: Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside the building (beach, parking garage). Smoking is NOT permitted on the balcony or inside the condo. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Minimum Stay Requirements:

3-Night Minimum Rental during off-season (4-night minimum for off-season holidays)

7-Night Minimum Rental from June-August

Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-In: 4:00 PM

Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Minimum age to rent - 25, primary guest must be on site during entire stay. No third party bookings allowed.
