Very nice and comfortable home for our family reunion. Enjoyed swimming pool and outdoor barbeque. Had handicapped parents stay with us and first floor bedroom is downstairs, no handrail. Should list home as a split level home. Other than that, the ammenities were nice and had great time.

The entire stay was wonderful. The place accommodated the entire group of 10 people well. The pool was the best part, for the kiddos. A few minor things that need attention around the house, but did not impact our overall stay.The owner was responsive and communicated in a timely way. Thank you again for a comfortable and memorable stay!

What a great place for a group! So many awesome qualities of this house! Easy check in! Kitchen was fully stocked. Loved the backyard with a firepit, Bbq, pool and hot tub. Daniel was such an awesome host!!!!! I would absolutely stay here again!

Great Family Getaway

We had 6 adults and 2 small children and the home was perfect. The room arrangement worked great and the yard allowed a great extension. We used the Blackstone bbq often and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable with plenty of linens for our use. The location was very quiet but close to amenities and the beach.

Delighted !

The property was more than perfect for our stay . Spacious , cozy , and has an excellent location . The unit itself reflects a distinctive vibe , especially with the large backyard and swimming pool . The separate downstair room with its own backyard was a pleasant surprise . It resembles a studio room but without a kitchen ,Daniel , the host was in touch to help out with any quotations or issues .Overall , this is an excellent property and i will definitely select it in our next trip .

Stunning Property with Outstanding Hosts and Amenities

This property was absolutely amazing! The house was gorgeous, with an awesome pool and hot tub that made our stay extra special. The hosts were incredibly kind, accommodating, and flexible, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their immediate responses to any questions made the entire experience stress-free. The only minor drawback was that the shower heads were a bit low for taller guests, but they easily disconnect to be used as sprayers, so it wasn’t a big issue. We can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to return!

Great Place, very clean and comfortable

We picked this place because it was close to family we were visiting. We enjoyed the amenities and all the space the house offered. It was spotless, a very well stocked kitchen, and very comfortable beds. We had hit a cool spot with the weather so didn't get to use the pool as we had hoped. It was a wonderful stay and we hope to come back!

Wedding week

Family in for a wedding !! pool kept the young ones busy ! House was good sized accommodating the 8 of us comfortably ! Nice to relax by the pool with morning coffee ! Neighborhood was great the neighbors even offer us to use the beach toys ! Grocery stores were close by too 3 0 minutes to John Wayne Airport

Nice stay in the Mission Viejo.

We picked this location so we would be close to Disneyland and able to travel to either LA or San Diego sites. The access to stores and the freeway is very convenient. The pool and hot tub in the wonderfully restful backyard are the highlights of this place.

Great two families big home stay

We loved our time here at this house everything was clean and updated inside some things are smaller than I was used to like the shower in there lower bedroom is smaller but my six foot seven husband made do. The master bedroom and upstairs was great for my sister and her crew. We had a blast in the community spaces and had space to retreat to our rooms if needed. The six of us had plenty of rooms annd bathrooms and it was sufficient for the time. We loved the pool but the inflatables in the truck outside were covered in spiders so we bought more and left them there for future kids who might visit or for the owners to donate if not needed. We couldn’t get the kids out of the pool and jacuzzi. They were the hit of the trip and we heated the pool which was well worth it in spring time. We had great communicative owners who helped us with any and every need. The house is so special and very artistic and creative. The space is very serene and you don’t hear outside noises like the occasional fire truck (you do in backyard but we didn’t care the pool was a god send after two days at Disney especially the heated jacuzzi) we loved the tables to eat outside and the access form outside to inside flowed beautifully. Some doors we couldn’t figure out to get outside but it didn’t matter we had two doors out of three to backyard that we used. The kids loved the streaming service on tv and at night that was our chill time watching a movie or show before bed. The home location is top notch!

Home Away from Home for Christmas

Our family (total 14)gathered for Christmas and needed extra space (9 of us stayed in the rental).This home was perfect for us and one of the best equipped we have ever rented. We enjoyed the pool, spa and outdoor firepit and the ample room inside for hanging around and playing games. The location was very convenient to the interstate and had a huge array of shops and restaruants nearby; Daniel was an awesome host and extremely responsive to our questions ... he even put up a Christmas tree and decorated for us! Would highly recommend this listing and would stay again on another trip. Every one loved it!
