The location was convenient to walk into town or down by the pier. The unit had all the amenities described and was a great place for us to host the bridal party for a local wedding.

Great find!!! Walkable to Del Mar (shopping and restaurants) and to the beach. Loved the decor, beds were comfortable and our family had a great stay. Having parking was also key. Highly recommend!

Great Stay!

We had such a great time staying at this property! The location is within walking distance to restaurants and the downtown area. The property itself is very comfortable and stocked with all you need for a relaxing stay. The beds were very comfortable, which was much needed after late night dancing and celebrating. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and provided a perfect stay as we celebrated our son’s and daughter-in-law's wedding. The hosts were very easy to get a hold of any time we had questions. Highly recommend for an enjoyable stay in San Clemente!

End of summer trip

This house is AWESOME!! While it is a walk to the beach, it's quick and totally doable. It's close to the shops downtown. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with almost everything a serious cook needs. There was plenty of room for 4 teenagers and 4 adults. The only thing missing was a bigger deck, but it will not keep us from renting it again next year! Thanks for the perfect end to summer vacation!!

Wonderful San Clemente Experience!

We had an amazing time at this property! The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the trolley and just a 10-minute walk to the pier, which made exploring the area a breeze. The property itself is comfortable and has a feel-good vibe, with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals easily, and the living spaces were cozy and inviting. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after our busy days. We visited during the 4th of July, and the atmosphere was lively and fun, with lots of festivities and activities in the area. Despite the excitement, the property was quiet and peaceful, providing a perfect balance of liveliness and relaxation. A super short walk to Starbucks was a bonus for me, and there were plenty of other great dining and shopping options nearby. The hosts were attentive and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed and providing helpful recommendations for a photographer. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and provided a perfect home base for our vacation. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable stay in San Clemente!
