Perfect Family Vacation ‱ Walk to Beach, Boardwalk, Dining & Convention Center

Plenty of room for the whole family at this beautiful top floor 4 bedroom unit just a short 3 block walk to the beach, boardwalk, and Wildwood Convention Center. Located close to several of the most popular restaurants and next to mini golf and ice cream!

Relax & unwind on the large covered patio deck and catch views of the sunset and fireworks shows!

Parking for one car in the garage plus an additional driveway spot. Additional street parking is free on our block. There is a rear private yard with an outdoor shower to clean off after a day at the beach.

Wifi is included and the living room has a large flatscreen TV with cable and streaming channels.

All of the 4 bedrooms have a closet, dresser & ceiling fan. The main bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom and there is an additional full bathroom in the hallway.

Great for young children including lots of toys, games and books. A pack & play crib is available for babies as well as a child toilet seat, bathing chair, and dining booster seat. Plenty of kid-safe plastic dishes, cups and utensils.

Dining for 6 at the dinner table plus 4 at the kitchen island breakfast bar. Plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, pans and cooking utensils. Toaster oven, 12-cup drip coffee maker and Keurig combo, large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, and washer/dryer in unit.

*New for 2025: New living room furniture and an additional bunk bed in the kids room.

EXCLUSIONS:
Guests must provide their own bed linens, bath towels and beach equipment. There are several local linen & equipment rental companies that will deliver and pick-up. Please contact the host for more details.

ACCESS:
Door keypad codes will be messaged to you a few days prior to your stay. Please note that the unit is on the top floor so there are 2 flights of stairs.

ELIGIBILITY:
No groups under the age of 25. No proms, senior weeks, spring break, etc. and reservations signed for by parents of these groups are also prohibited and subject to eviction without refund.

Great condo

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very clean, comfortable and well furnished. We had everything we needed. Very close to the boardwalk and all the activities. Perfect for families with children or teenagers. I wasn't too sure about the minigolf at first, but it wasn't disturbing at all, we barely heard it and they have a very nice frozen yogourt bar! Every one loved it.

Beach Blast 2023

We stayed here for beach blast, the walk to Convention Center is easy so if on South Fields or even central it's a great option. Close to great restaurants like Copper Dog that we really enjoyed. House is perfect and as described...we had 4 adults and 8 kids ranging from 13-2 years old and felt it was perfect size for us. Also right next door to mini-golf if you enjoy that!

We came for a cheer competition at the convention center in March. This property was perfect walking distance. It was perfect for the 4 families. House was beautiful & clean. Would be amazing in the summer! Will definitely rent again for next year! Loved the instant booking process

Nothing short of amazing!!!

The location of the property was perfect! Within walking distance to the beach and Mudhen with mini golf next door, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The modern design and decor was very nice and although the condo was on a top floor we didn't mind because once we brought all our stuff up it was very quiet and private even from the balcony. Everything felt very safe and secure and we liked that the garage was separate from the other unit. Will definitely be staying here again in the future! Thank you for this amazing experience!

Perfect for families!

We stayed here for 5 nights with my parents, my husband and I, and our 3 young daughters. It was a wonderful stay and I can't recommend it enough. The condo is clean and has everything you need. My kids couldn't get enough of the toy box... when we left, my 2-year-old said her favorite part of the trip was "the new toys". The covered deck is perfect for relaxing or for the kids to play on a rainy day and the outdoor shower was very helpful after a morning on the beach. The location is a 5-10 minute walk to the boardwalk and very close to lots of restaurants and things to do, but still a quiet area. I really can't recommend this place enough. The next time we come back to Wildwood, this will be our first choice for where to stay!

Great place for a family trip

Very well taken care of property. Very clean. Pictures on app are not hiding any flaws in this place. We have a larger family (6). Floor plan is very open. The deck is very nice. We really appreciated the covered deck when there was a few showers during our trip. Check in/out was easy with no issues. Very convient parking as we brought 2 cars. Only thing I would caution if you drive a taller/longer SUV like a tahoe the garage may be a tight fit but a kia sportage with a roof rack fits in with more than enough room to walk around the car. (You can always park in the driveway if your vehicle doesnt fit in the garage). Very short walk to the beach and surronding restaurants. Would recommend for any larger groups/families.
