We had to wash all of the cooking utensils because they were dirty and in the drawers. We did have some other small issues but the property manager was very responsive. Over all it was a great experience and I would use Miss Kitty again.

Great location! Condo as described. I gave an overall 4-star because there should really be hand soap at all sinks, and bathroom floor mats at the showers.

The place is very nice and comfortable. Needs a little cleaning. The bed sheets were a little dirty and found a couple of dead roaches in the living room. Overall, the property is really nice!

It was the perfect place for us. The patio has afternoon shade which was nice for us. We also enjoyed it in the evenings looking at the moon shining over the water. The living room was comfortable for watching TV and looking out at the water. Thank you for allowing pets, our little girl was happy to be with us. We would stay here again!

Relaxing weekend getaway.

We enjoyed this location so much! It was very peaceful and quiet while also getting to do the things we wanted to do! We enjoyed fishing off of the dock and enjoying the outdoors on the back patio. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! Definitely a place we will look into next time we plan a trip to the area!

Beautiful property

The condo is beautifully decorated. The major problem we found in talking to the other short term renters at the Key Allegro condos had was with the access to the pool and tennis court. My belief is that the on-sight residents resent the short term renters and make using the facilities more of a hassle than they should be. The actual owners of the condos need to address the issue with the condo association ASAP!

Stop to make calls

When we first got there the code to open door didn't work had to call to get new code. Then after a hot day had to call again because the key fob to the pool didn't work, was told we will have someone come check out the fob no one did. Until we called again and asked if someone can help out with the key fob situation and finally on day before we leave we get another keyfob. Other than that the condo was nice plenty of space and a good place to lay your head.

Clean, as advertised

Stay was ok. We’ve stayed here before. Condo is clean which is great!! Boat slip is large enough for our boat, though wind didn’t cooperate this time. Both times we’ve stayed here we’ve had issues with pool key fobs. This time, the pool key fob never worked for either pool. Had to go to the mgmt office for replacement and it still didn’t work
.at either pool. Had to rely on other people to be kind and let us in pool or “figure it out” ourselves. Carpet needs to be stretched and tacked upstairs
it’s a fall hazard. Husband fell down the stairs and I nearly fell in one of the bedrooms bc my feet/shoes catch on the loose carpet.
