About this space
Welcome to our waterfront paradise and all the comforts of home! Park your watercraft in the slip behind. Dine on your spoils from the sea while watching dolphins under the coastal moon. Furry friends welcome. Cozy up at night, with games to keep everyone entertained. Enjoy the pool, tennis/pickle ball court, and fish cleaning station. Sun yourself at the award winning beach, nearby. Stroll through the historic district, with shopping, dining, and Art Center. Indulge in a unique Texas getaway!
The space
Two bed/Two bath water front condo with an additional Queen size air mattress and a couch that could sleep one adult or 2 children. The couch is not a fold out couch. The air mattress could fit in the second bedroom or in the living room but does not have a private space. This is a flat located on the ground floor. You can fish right from your patio or at the water's edge. Boat parking is right behind the condo. You can walk directly off the patio to your boat. Up to 2 dogs allowed. Smoking is only allowed outside with doors shut. We have tried to provide every luxury but please give us feedback if you feel there is something needed.

Property was so nice, clean, welcoming for all and very pet friendly. Beds very comfortable, beautiful deck and space to enjoy the waterfront- so relaxing . We all had a great time and already plan to go back again. Kelli was very easy to work with and responded quickly to all our questions .

Clean , beautifully decorated. Amenities abound. The only place i will book for my vacation in Rockport/Fulton. You wont be disappointed!Plus you can bring your fur babies . Cookies, potty bags , beds , water/food bowls provided. My dog loved laying on back patio people watching.

We had such a great stay at this condo. We have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years. I have to say this is the best one! The condo was fully stocked. The owners thought of every detail. Had fun swimming in the community pool and playing pickleball. We also parked our boat in the canal in front of our condo. Very convenient. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

Amazing getaway!

The condo was amazing! There was 3 adults and a 9 year old boy with me, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The place was quiet. I know that we had people staying next to us and above us, but we never heard anyone! It was amazing! They had everything we needed while there. The kitchen was fully stocked. There was condiments and things in the fridge, that could be used. And the bathrooms had just about anything that you would need. We did use some of the things, and we left some extra things also. I highly suggest visiting this condo, and I can’t wait to go back!

The place was exactly like the posting. After years of vacationing in Rockport, this place has been the best so far! Enjoyed coffee every morning on the deck looking at the water. It’s is very spacious and cozy. Equipped with everything needed in order to enjoy your stay. We will definitely be back!

Best Vacation Rental in Years

We have been using vacation rentals for years, but I have to say that this Unit is my favorite. It was so clean, and well stocked with games, personal items (in case you forgot something), and the Coffee and Tea Bar was an added bonus. I highly recommend this rental.

Just What We Needed!!

Kelli’s condo is BEAUTIFUL! And well stocked with anything you may need! We needed a peaceful get away as life has been crazy. And this was the perfect answer. We didn’t bring our pup this trip, but to see the love Kelli has for dogs was apparent. Bowls, dog bed, treats, etc for the fur babies was so nice to see! Will definitely be back with ours. Cannot wait to get back.

Amazing water front condo!

This was my families first time to Rockport and we loved every bit of it. This condo was very nice, great location and super clean. The host also was very friendly and communicative. The condo has all the things you need: kitchen items, towels and toiletries. We will definitely be back to stay!
