Fisherman Luv - a perfect name for a home you're sure to love! This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. Relax and enjoy the million dollar views of the IntraCoastal Waterway and Red Fish bay near Estes Flats. For the sportsman, world class fishing is only 50 feet away, complete with a fish cleaning hut, and light for night fishing. Nature lovers will be enchanted with the variety of birds and wildlife. Enjoy the antics of the seagulls and see how many other bird species you can spot! The downstairs of this home is warm and inviting and contains the living area which opens to the dining area and fully equipped, updated kitchen. Views! Views! Views! Enjoy spectacular bay views from the living area, dining area windows, and from the kitchen! The back lower deck is cute and comfortable and the perfect place to relax by the water. Downstairs you will also find a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a second bedroom with two queen size beds. There is also a full-size hall bathroom on this floor.

Upstairs you fill find a private primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and private primary bathroom. There is a balcony off the primary with bay views that go on forever.

You're only minutes away from all the fun of downtown Rockport! Rockport Beach is a fun and affordable way to spend a day relaxing and swimming. Kids will also have a blast at the beach with the multiple themed playgrounds and swing sets. There are picnic tables and grills that you can set up at for the perfect beach experience. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum. Spend a day shopping on Market Street and an evening walking along the water. You can also enjoy fresh fish while watching the sunset over the bay at one of Rockport's many tasty seafood restaurants.

You're also only about a 7-minute drive from the Port Aransas Ferry where you can enjoy all the excitement and beauty of the island. There's beautiful beaches, great fishing, and delicious food on this small fishing island. This house is in the perfect location for endless fun! Some great seasonal activities include Sea Fair, Oysterfest, Shrimporee, Texas Sand Fest, and numerous fishing tournaments.

Loved this place!

Light, bright and open on the inside. Great back porch for enjoying the bay and awesome fishing setup in the backyard. Close to anything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation

The property was wonderful. Saw lots of wildlife and dolphins from deck. The only problem was the house was not as clean as it should be.

Great Rental!

I do not give reviews but I have decided to do so in this case. My family and I spent a week at this property and could not have been happier. It's views were out of this world. My 2 year old grandson went fishing for the first time. The memories that we made are just fantastic. I would recommend this property to anyone that wants the total experience of "Rockport" We will be back!

Home away from home

This was the cutest beach house! It held 6 adults and two babies perfectly! We had all the amenities we needed, too. Our family has been visiting Rockport since 1995. My youngest daughter was one, the same age as her oldest baby- in fact she took her first steps there. As our family has grown, we needed more space. Fisherman’s Luv is two doors away from where the rest of the family stays, so location was perfect! We will definitely be back around the same time next year!

We stayed for 3 weeks and really enjoyed the area. The house was perfect! It was clean and Miss Kitty was easy to work with. The house had a great deck where we could sit and drink coffee or an adult beverage while watching the dolphins, birds and boats. I highly recommend this property.

Home away from home.

Home away from home. Very clean and homey! We love that it is on “big water” The view of the Intercoastal. We can fish right off the edge. Only needed the standard email communication this time, but when I had to talk to someone directly in the past, they were very friendly and helpful. Easy to work with, good communication when needed.

We always appreciate the efficiency and helpfulness of Miss Kitty’s staff. There is considerable expense in renting a vacation home, and I like knowing that something going wrong isn’t going to ruin the experience. I called to request a later checkout, and that was possible for us. The person who spoke to me was very cheerful and accommodating. It was nice that someone checked with us after a storm during the night to see if there was any damage or problem. Also, I was there at Captain Dave’s with my family 3 weeks ago and left behind a tub of fishing gear. Someone went to the trouble of finding out whose it was, and I have now gotten it back. I was very appreciative! I’ve been renting through Miss Kitty’s for 17 years. Our first stay was at the original Miss Kitty’s house where we enjoyed the company of THE Miss Kitty. The experience has always been wonderful for us.

Nice location and great for fishing right off back patio

The house is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood. The rooms were spacious with king and queen bedroom and one bedroom has two full beds. The kitchen has all needed appliances although some can use some updating as well as more utensils. Downstairs bathroom is recently remodeled but the one upstairs could use some updating but is functional. Backyard was the best part, the kids enjoyed playing in the yard and were able to fish at any time since the house is right on the water. The pack porch has some nice seating to enjoy the view and has a pretty view. If you have small children it might be nerve wrecking as there is no fencing. Boat traffic goes by pretty close so putting the kayaks out took some coordination specially with no ladder to come back up from the sea wall. The management company has very strict guidelines but they called to make sure you read the instructions and remind you of all the no no’s which was a bit overboard. Overall very nice experience

Fishing was amazing and the kitchen was dreamy, but the master shower (upstairs) needs some serious attention and it would have been nice to know that both of the houses on either side were under construction (lots of noise). The ladies that helped me book the rental and whoever unlocked our front door (that stopped working) were very nice, friendly and super helpful.
